DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON - ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE YOUR LONG HAIR! I love Aveda products so I was very excited to go to this salon. I HAD beautiful long hair down to the middle of my back, even some of the staff mentioned my hair when I walked to the sink for the wash. I showed the stylist a picture of the hair of a model, Alessandra Ambrosio, that fell about 4-5 inches PAST the shoulder, with long layers so I can chose between ironing my hair or using a curling iron. I showed her with my hand where I wanted the length to be. Ive been to many stylists and this should have been a common request from customers with long hair. Well, she went crazy and chopped the back of my hair to the base of my neck!!! She mustve cut 9-10 inches off my hair!!! And to make matters worse, she made these choppy angles that look horrible when ironed. I was so upset. I was in tears and told the team that this is not what I wanted at all. They didnt offer a credit, they just told me to go to another person the next time. I could have donated my hair; thats how much she chopped off. So sadly, STAY AWAY if you want to keep your long hair. It will take me about 2 years to grow it back to the length it was!

Ive been coming to Ted & co. since before they relocated and changed names from Ted & friends. My sister and mother come here too! We love all the employees, the cleanliness, the space, the quality of work everyone does and the aveda products they use. Ive gone from light brown to blonde here, from a self inflicted orange miss hap with sun-in back to a beautiful healthy blonde and they fixed my hair and did a wonderful job each color change! Ive donated my hair as a child here. Ive had very long hair in the past and they always worked with me when I wanted a slight trim and to keep the length! I most recently got a long bob and highlights and love it! They are a great salon and I would recommend them to everyone due to the quality of their work! Thanks Ted & co

Everyone here is professional and very nice. And talented. The variety of people that I have seen there as clients during my 12 years of coming to Ted and Company is really broad - and everyone is treated respectfully and walks out looking great. Thats not easy to do. Ive been there midweek mornings and Friday afternoons and Saturdays and it doesnt matter - always upbeat, always professional. Even when Ted insists on playing opera.

The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. The salon is fabulous and their Aveda products are spectacular. I cant wait for my next appointment with Angela!

I have been going to Ted & Co. for many years, and never had a time where I was unhappy with my color or cut. Dee is one of the best hair colorists, and I follow her wherever she goes. Anyone there (and I have had a few), who later cut my hair, all did a wonderful job. I cant understand any of the bad reviews.

I love love love this salon. I see Marina, she is the best. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding and my hair for Valentines day. Everyone is very professional and nice. I highly recommend.
