This is my 3rd time coming, I got a partial highlight. I was told while the foil was being removed that I had minor breakage towards the end of the hair. I didnt think anything of it until 3 days later when I washed my hair and tried to brush it, so much of my hair broke and fell off and where the highlights are my hair is all broken about 3 inches from the root, it looks horrible and dead. I was told that I would let the color process for another 3 minutes or so after being taken from the dryer I sat there for about 15 minutes while everyone ate. My experience was absolutely horrible I will never again go to this place. I have to let my hair grow after being over damaged and broken and dead all over I can barely even brush my hair. On top of that even after tipping and buying the products that were suggested by my stylist my credit card was charged 2times and when I called back to fix it was given an attitude, maybe not the experience everyone else had because I found this place based on the amazing reviews but mine was awful.

I came heres a little over a month ago for my brother wedding and the lady who did my hair was really sweet and kind and did a amazing job on my hair despite it becoming flat towards the end of the night my hair was perfectly perfect . As for my makeup the one who was doing it didnt even blend it correctly nor did she make my eyeliner even. I ended up going back to the hotel and doing it myself due to not having enough time for her to fix it herself. When I called the next day asking for a refund she got mad and gave me a attitude . She said she was the a manger so I guess the manger is just a very rude woman . My sister had to tell her a few times to fix her makeup before she left . I honest recommend just doing your hair here but doing your own makeup cause it does not come out nice at all .
