This is a wonderful daycare for someone that worries about the kind of stimulation and affection that their child gets once they leave them at daycare. My daughter started here at 7 months at a peak of her stranger anxiety. We had moved from another daycare where she had had a terrible time for a month. She took to her caregivers here from the very first day. Having had very attached parenting till this point, she was a very " high maintenance " child - both her caregivers were very patient with her, did not hesitate to pick her up and rock her when she needed to wind down and had her involved in activities through the day as well! She is now a regular social butterfly in the infant room, and almost ready to graduate. I feel assured here that my little one is in the best possible hands. When I pick her up, it is heartening to see her interact with the other children as she is " saying " bye bye. Her teachers are very forthcoming with their observations, and keep me updated with every little thing she does. I love their documentation of learning- they photograph the children as they are doing various activities, then show you the photograph of they activity. I feel like I am still a part of her day time activities - they have a great philosophy of learning and teaching and they put it to practice in the youngst of children, and being a pediatrician, I can tell you, its never too early! In summary , this is a great place for anyone wanting to have their child in trustworthy hands while they are at work.

Childtime on East Genesee Street is awesome! There is no pre-school program in our school district, but Childtime did an amazing job of preparing our second son for full day Kindergarten. He transitioned well, knows how to mind his manners and make lots of friends. Childtime has been amazingly flexible around my schedule, allowing for full time some semesters and part time during other semesters. Our third son is doing well this year and loves to play outside everyday with his friends. The baby just started daycare in January and I feel comfortable and confident that he is getting the best possible care in the baby room. Everyone is friendly and happy. While home daycare was less expensive, this center is well worth the additional cost because it is a true learning center. All of the teachers and staff are professional and supportive. I would highly recommend this daycare center!

My child started attending childtime at 6 weeks of age. Selecting a childcare facility was a very stressful task for me. I was extremely anxious about leaving my child with anyone. When speaking with the staff here at childtime I felt comfortable and at ease. My daughter is now 7 months and has grown to love the staff. She is always full of smiles when she sees their faces. The staff here are also observant and aware of the infants unique personality, and therefore are able to detect when they are not feeling their best. They are great at keeping me informed and making sure my child is cared for. It is because of their experience and knowledge that I feel comfortable leaving my child in their care. I would refer them to other parents as well.

my son started around one year old the staff and directors made me feel at ease from day 1! the infant teachers were very loving and observant to his needs always makin him feel like a home away from home. When he entered the toddler room i was very nervous but the teachers also made their best efforts to help me feel ok with the new schedule and atmoshpere and infor me on everything happening throught his day. Im very pleased with the daycare experience i am having and hope to keep my son here all the way up until his first day of public school :) THANK YOU CHILDTIME STAFF you always do the best you can my son and i love it there

This is a hidden gem in Syracuse. My grandchildren have ben attending here for 2and1/2 years. The youngest was 18 mos when she first came here, and the teachers are so compassionate and caring. She has learned so much and is in Pre-K now. She can recognize all of her letters, can count to 100, is starting to put together small words. Shell definitely be ready for kindergarten. I also want to commend Darlene, the head of this daycare, for the wonderful job she does. This daycare is always accessible, which is a very important asset.

my experience with child time has been the best. i have 3 children that go to childtime. They have went to other day care centers. Childtime goes above and beyond what i would expect at a daycare. i get reports on how my childs day has went. They really focus on what your child needs are. My daughter whos is 3 has learned so much in a very short period of time from her being in the preschool class at childtime. I would like to take this time to say Thank You to all the staff at childtime! You all are so wonderfull!!

I have a nephew who has attended Childtime for the past four years. I often pick him up in the afternoons. There are always daily information sheets on what has been done that day. They have daily activities, nutritious meals, attentive teachers and schedules that he loves! He seems to feel at home with the teachers at Childtime. The rooms are clean and the teachers act as if they love each of the kids as their own. I also love the homey feel of the school.

Awesome staff and administration! My son started only speaking Spanish, and 6 months later he speaks English perfectly! He loves school, especially his teacher, and the administrative staff has been great at adjusting to my fluctuating schedule needs as a graduate student. The teachers are patient, kind and loving and the children learn their a,b,cs while still having a good time!

I teach the morning Karate program at this Childtime, and have for many years. This is a great facility, with a great Staff, and an awesome atmosphere!! The Staff is always kind, friendly, courteous and always looking out for all ages of childrens needs. I always look forward to teaching here, I would definitely send my children here! This daycare is simply amazing. My toddler has learned so much in a short period of time! As a single parent, the fact that Childtime rarely ever takes days off, has been wonderful. The staff is very caring, very knowledgeable. I feel comfortable leaving my 3 children there, & never have to worry while Im at work.

As a child I was neglected here. I do not recommend neither do my parents. They pulled me out after a few days because they didnt pay attention to me when I was an infant.
