Spent 2 hours and 45 minutes doing 25 minutes of work. I have 20 years experience as a mechanic and watched the techs stand around and drink soda for my entire visit. (I would normally do the work myself but i no longer have access to the equipment/diagnostic computer needed for certain repairs) They drag stuff out so that you think your not getting ripped off but this was rediculous. My car was on the lift closest to the door in the waiting room so I watched as they would come over, do 1 thing, and then walk away for 20 minutes. My car was done and ready to go for 45 minutes while the 2 techs drank their soda and stood around before they took it off the lift. I was charged for the repair job and not by the hour so it cost me the same either way but it was 2 hours of my afternoon wasted. Also, on their "courtesy check" of my car they missed a huge safety issue that I was aware of going there but told me that I needed new brakes when that was not the case.

I brought my car in for Tires. I didnt want to go over $500, so the guy on the phone, I think his name was Mark, helped me pick tires that were all season, but good for the price. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair, so I went in for service. At this time, I asked for an inspection and alignment as well sicne it has been some time since I got my car aligned. I asked all sorts of questions about the bill, pretty much asked them to itemize it and og over it with me, and they were so kind about it! He even explained the alignment details, how to read the sheet, and the degrees. One thing that I thought was great was they they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I love that, and that makes me a returning customer! I have told all my friends and family how great they are, and I wanted to tell you too! My name is Samantha Burger, and I will return to them for any service I need as the prices are fair and the service is great. Thank you :)

Very bad work at this business. Brought a near new set of rims with tires on them to have them dismount tires. Simple - right? Thats what you do - TIRES! Take them off, put them on - All day EVERYDAY. I called in advance to see if it could be done cleanly, without any problems. Sure no problem bring them right in. I have bought all my tires there for the last 10 yrs. Tire tech (ron) chips up the paint on rims near the area where the wheel weights were with the tool and then claims they were like that. Manager (billy) sides with his tech and touts his work as the best there is. Wound up calling a district manager and we proceeded to get into an argument over the phone over the whole thing. It will now cost me $450 to have it fixed and at best he was willing to cover half the cost of repair. Major hassle. I just put new tires on a truck and spent my $850 at MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRE.

Very rude uneducated techs! I went there to check the brakes. They said both front and back brakes needs to be changed and both rotors need to be changed too(not true. Went to another shop later that day and they said the back brakes are fine for another 18 months). They also quoted me a very high price(over $800 vs. $220 quoted by the other shop). When I said I dont want to change the brakes there, they started cursing like a group of bandits. Will NEVER EVER EVER go there again! Will avoid firestone from now on!

Made an appointment for both of my cars to get a wheel alignment. When i arrived they told me I never called for the appointment. I waited hours to get both cars done with my wife. After they brang my wifes car in they told me they had to boost the battery to start the car after I watched them turn on the car without boosting it. They tried to sell me a new battery after lying to me by saying I needed a battery. After the wheel alignment my car now goes to the left instead of going straight. Will not return.

took almost 90 minutes to change my oil when I was next in line. They offered to sell me some wiper blades as the old ones were worn and then said "we can just put em on here unless you wanna do it". I told them to go for it and then they charge me 6.00 extra for the installation without even telling me ahead of time. They waited until I rang out and the total was higher than expected. Shiesty motherfuckers.

Dont leave your vehicle there while work is getting done. I paid for a wheel alingment and tire rotation and was told when I picked it up that everything was done 100%. I paid, went to my truck and noticed the wheel with a blemish was on the same axle as when I bought the truck in initially . I was refunded the cost of the rotation. Time will tell with the alignment.

Everytime I go here I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. I just called them for a tire and they quoted me $112 as their cheapest tire in my size (plus installation of course). I looked at their website, and theres another tire in the same size on sale for $98. Looks like Im going to Mavis.
