Worst service, yet again! We have been using Fishkill Tire on and off for 15+ years. The last time I went there I paid for 4 new tires and an alignment. The alignment was never done. Within a few months my father brought my car back to have all 4 tires replaced because they were completely worn out. This time my father took my car to have the front tires replaced. The car was all over the road so he brought it back to have it aligned and balanced. after 2 hours he was told the issue was fixed. He set out for a long drive and had to turn around because the issues were not fixed. After spending all day to and from the tire shop because of the defective tires and excuses after excuses we now have to wait until tomorrow to go back down and try to resolve the issue again. I am all about shopping local and try to encourage my parents to do the same. Sometimes, such as this time, it is not worth the headache. Will NEVER recommend nor visit this shop again.

By far one of the most honest places I have seen. I needed to get an oil change, but the nut on the oil pan was stripped. Unlike Meineke in fishkill that outright told me on the phone that they would charge me $98 an hour to remove it, Fishkill Tire and Auto Repair did the entire job in less than an hour, they removed the nut by welding something onto the stripped nut and only charged me the oil change special price. Highly recommend!! It is hard to find a honest mechanic these days and thankfully I found Fishkill Tire and Auto!

We had a friend from out of town who got a flat tire and we contacted Fishkill Tire & Auto due to positive reviews here. (She needed to drive back to Connecticut that day before a snowstorm hit.) The folks were friendly and the prices were reasonable, but the estimated times were not even close to met. We contacted them when they opened in the morning. The car was towed to the shop in a reasonable time. But the car sat there without the tire being checked for perhaps 5 hours, when the estimate was initially about 1 hour.

Excellent work from courteous knowledgeable people at a fair price and they stand 100% behind their work. What else can you ask for. Family business been around for years and they offer a Military discount which you wont get elsewhere. If your in the Beacon, Fishkill, Wappingers area just go and see what I mean. If you live further it still may be worth the trip. FYI for you Jeep Wrangler folks after many failed and costly attempts they solved my jeep "death rattle" and it stayed fixed till I sold it many years later.

These guys are honest. If they say something needs repair, it does. Their prices and shop rates are not inflated like other local shops but very reasonable. They dont just sell sell tires but also do repairs. This is a multi-generation family owned and operated business that takes pride in their work. Rest assured youre not going get screwed as if you went to Wits Auto up the road. DO NOT GO TO WITS AUTO REPAIR, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Very happy with my purchase of tires and alignment here. They were all very professional and nice; felt more like a family run store and not anything like the big chain stores. Price was very good and I am one to shop around and they finished when they said they would. They did everything they were supposed to do. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Feel like at times things arent done when ask. Although I appreciate the honesty. It hard to understand if a simple test drive was done, then the problem would be recognized. They have tired to remediate the problem, so lets see what happens. My car was vibrating at 65 MPHs, had front rotors and brake pads put in new and still vibrating Lets hope that whatever they are doing will resolve the issue.

Customer service par excellence! Had so many delays in getting my car here after they custom ordered tires for me and they never gave me an issue about rescheduling appointments. Phone manners were lovely. My car was done right and in a timely fashion. Competitive prices on tires and super cheap alignment deal. You can bet that ill return for my tire/alignment needs!

I have purchased tires from Fishkill Tire for two vehicles and had two flats fixed. The experience has always been excellent. They knew a lot about the different tire brands and didnt push to me pay more (I had a price limit), but rather helped me to find tires that would achieve what I wanted, stay within budget and make my car look good.

I am from WI and I needed some brake work done before I drove back home. They were willing to get me in last minute, did not charge alot (very reasonable) and were very helpful. They even pointed out things I could have done when I got back home. They did not try to force me into making extra purchases and did not take advantage of me.

This is by for the best tire dealer I have worked with. We have gone there for 7 years and consistently received great service and the best prices. Local chains like Mavis have been disrespectful and slow. These guys make sure it is done right.
