THEY WILL DO GREAT BY YOU. I come from a working class family and have driven lower end cars my whole driving life. I started taking my 2000 VW Passat wagon to them a few years ago. First for new tires, which Nick the owner showed me about 4 different "levels" of tires I could opt for. He called the lowest end ones "black circles with holes in em", but said he was more than happy to put those on if Id like. He didnt try to upsell me anything. He showed me what the options were and gave me all the info he could to help me make my own informed decision. I chose the next level up of tires and they were very affordable to me, someone who makes very little money. i asked him if they did other work on cars and he said they did pretty much everything. Over the years I have taken this car in for various issues. Everything from replacing a section of the exhaust to mysterious check engine problems. Every single time, Nick was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Im also used to be being talked down to at garages, because Im a slender young guy with music gear always in my car. No one there ever made me feel stupid or uncomfortable. Theyve all been straight up and just helpful. Nick and his people understand that working with a customer in need to help them find the most affordable option that will get them the strongest results is much more valuable than trying to make the quickest, biggest buck. Nick actually wants to help people.

If you post a negative review you just dont get it. If you actually want your car issues dealt with quickly, honestly and without being over charged you have found your place. Nick is old school. Hes been taking care of my family for over 20 years. He can be gruff. He swears a lot. But thats his style. Its part of the personality of this place. He keeps you on your toes and he doesnt have time for peoples bullshit. In the end, you get what you came for- a good job at a great price. And the owner is a great guy when you get to know him. He actually cares about your vehicle as opposed to other shops that just pretend to care.

Ive been buying tires from Nick for the last 5+ years, on my 2nd set from Ultimate Tire for both of our cars. I used to buy at BJs and Sams, but no more. Nick and his crew are knowledgeable and will always give me honest service and a good deal. He wont try to sell me something that I dont need, but will do if I ask. I read some negative reviews here, yeah, Nick is a little rough around the edges, but he has NEVER been dis-respectful or rude to me or other customers that I have seen while I was there. Ive recommended Ultimate Tire to all my friends and I will continue being a customer.

Highly recommend Nick and the Boys for honest, excellent service and competitive pricing on tires and automotive services. Ive been coming here for years and Nick wont be undersold by the big chain tire outfits, plus he gives great, no bullsh*t advice and doesnt nickel & dime you with extras once hes made a sale. Hard to find this type of integrity and trustworthy personal service in the industry these days. Good people!

Shopped around and went to various tire places, and fortunately I ran into this one. I met with the owner, Nick whose an extremely honest fella. He gave me a TIRE 101 lesson for approximately 20 mins before I decided to buy. He ordered my tires on Friday, loaned me a replacement tire and just called me in today (monday) tires are ready to be installed. Great and honest guy. The dude keeps it real, no sugarcoating.

Nick the owner, and his 3 mechanics are professionals, know how to take care of a customer, and do a great job. My check engine light was on, they analyzed the problem, found it and fixed it. Was worth every cent paid. Will recommend them in a heart beat to anyone. Thanks for the great job guys.

Worst place I have ever been. Just bought 2 tires from them and they couldnt even do a proper alignment. They were bald in a month!!!!!!!! And they stripped the threading for new tires to be put on! Now it has to be torched, costing me even more money! Do Not Come Here!

The best place in the hudson valley to get tires, you wont have to wait 6 hours or pay a million dollars for four tires, i have been to mavis and arllinton tire and ultamite tire is the best. Go and see Nick johnson and he will take care of you.

I got a flat tire and went to Citgo in pleasant valley and was denied after being a loyal costumer to them for years. I ran down to ULTIMATE TIRE AND THEY HAD IT REPAIRED IN LESS THEN AN HOUR : ) I love this place ! Thank you so much guys !!!

These guys are great! Not only were they the only ones who could find my lug nut lock (which the dealer couldnt do), theyll never sell you anything you dont need. Theyre the first people we take our car to.
