3/7/2017 - This was the first time I used Auto Solutions. My passenger side view mirror on my 2000 Chevy Blazer, got damaged in a minor accident. The motorist who hit me, highly recommended Auto Solutions. He said he had used them for his truck and they did a great job and got it done quickly. I followed him to the shop and was greeted with a welcome and a smile. They looked at my car and said they would order a new mirror and would call me when it came in to set up an appointment to have it installed. I few days later I got a phone call saying my mirror had come in. I set up an appointment for Tuesday at 1:00pm. I arrived to have the mirror installed. They immediately brought my car into the shop and started working on it. I sat in the waiting area, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while they fixed my car. Within 45 minutes they were done and handed me my keys. They thanked me for using their shop and explained all the other auto services they provide. I am a very happy customer due to the quick and friendly service I received from Auto Solutions. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for a speedy job well done. My car looks new again, as if nothing ever happened ! 5/2/2017 - Two months later and it happened again, but this time the drivers side mirror on my 2000 Chevy Blazer got broken. So I called Auto Solutions to set up an appointment to get a new mirror installed on my drivers door. I brought the car in today at noon to have the mirror installed. I enjoyed a nice cup of cappuccino and 45 minutes later my car was done. They handed me my keys and thanked me for choosing Auto Solutions again. A perfect repair and now my car looks new again. I am a very happy customer and will surely recommend their shop to my friends. They are the best. I give them a perfect score of 5 stars ! 5/25/2017 - Here I am back again in three weeks. This time my drivers door power window stopped working. It went down but wouldnt come back up. So I called the shop to set up an emergency appointment to have it repaired. They set me up for the next day. I brought my car in as scheduled and handed them my keys. I took a seat in the waiting room and enjoyed a couple cups of coffee while watching the news on TV. Within a few hours they replaced the defective electric motor. My window now works perfect again. For the third time I left with a smile on my face and a verynsatisfied customer. The price was extremely reasonable too. These guys really know how to treat the customer right. I will surely recommend them to my friends. Once again, I give them a perfect score of 5 stars !

This is the best repair facility I have ever been to. They went Above & Beyond all my expectations. As we all know getting into a car accident is one the most stressful situations, (Who do I take my car to? Who will fix it right? Who will be honest as to what repairs are needed?) Ill tell you who, AUTO SOLUTIONS in Glenville NY! My car was given back to me and looked brand new like the day we bought it, which was 5 years ago! I cannot believe the job they did. Not only that, but they detailed it (No Charge by the way), Inspected it for me, and made sure before I left that was happy with everything. From the first time when I dropped it off, Jenna at the front desk was very accommodating, to when I picked my vehicle up, Mike personally Looked over the vehicle with me (I think he is the owner). Bravo, Job Well Done. In the future I will only bring my vehicle back to them. Im glad I found them and will recommend to all my friends and family. Thanks again Auto Solutions!

I want to personally thank Mike Schaeffer and Auto Solutions for their outstanding service. My car suffered quite a setback during the week before Christmas. It was one of the coldest days of the winter and I was referred to Auto Solutions from a close friend. He assured me that Auto Solutions was a no non-sense type of automotive garage, and I couldnt agree more! My car was towed immediately after I had called and picked up from a public parking lot in Clifton Park! I was fortunate for Auto Solutions for being there, so I wouldnt be towed for overnight parking. My car was picked up last minute during the Christmas Season and was completed and done for me within a few days and was ready on Christmas Eve! I dont know of many businesses that get the job done as quickly and efficiently as Auto Solutions especially during such a busy time of year. Thank You Mike Schaeffer and Auto Solutions!

These guys have always been great. Mike takes care of every car in my family including my mother and my son. It was my son who first sent me to Auto Solutions a few years ago. When my dealer tried to overcharge me for a brake job on my 2012 Kia, Mike took care of me and pointed out the things the dealer was trying to charge me for that didnt need to be done. In fact I just dropped my car off their today for another issue that I dont trust the dealer on. Mike is an honest guy that gets right to the point and he always tries to help you get your car fixed properly without breaking your wallet. Theyre very busy over there, but they always work to get you in fast. And they stand by their work. If you dont trust your dealers service center, take their estimate to Mike and see the difference for yourself.

I dont even know where to begin!!! I had the most amazing experience with Auto Solutions. They (Mike Schaeffer) made my tragedy seem bearable...My car was involved in an accident, I wasnt even in it...I didnt even know how bad it was and I was a huge mess...by the time I got to Auto Solutions...which by the way, Mike waited for my friend to bring me over, after hours... I felt instant calmness, Mike was extremely helpful and with great compassion, I honestly did not expect this treatment at all, only because he went over and beyond for a customer....and this is something I have not experience in the past!!! I absolutely recommend Auto Solutions to everyone!!! Thank you guys, for everything!!!!

This place is a godsend! I have two rare german performance cars (a 2004 VW R32 and 2000 S4 Stage 3) and I have been nothing but pleased with their work. They have been servicing my .:R32 since I got it 50kmi ago and I wouldnt take it anywhere else. My s4 didnt run when I bought it so I had them put in a new engine (mind you a complicated twin turbo v6) and they did a fantastic job! Mike cares about the customers and the business reputation instead of money thats the difference. When I got screwed on the S4 they were there to help in anyway possible. Shes now my dd and I get to retire my R32 and preserve its value thanks guys!
