I was supposed to receive a package about two days ago and normally the mailman doesnt usually deliver the package to my doorstep or even to my mailbox. This time, the mailman did not leave behind a pick up slip and I checked about two to three times just in case if I missed something. The next morning, I wrote my tracking number down on a paper and took it with me to the post office. I showed my ID and my tracking number to one of the workers there. The employee was one of the most rudest and incompetent person I have ever talked to. She took my ID and my tracking number and she came back telling me that its delivered and the package is not there. I kept telling her that my package never made it to my mailbox and she told me to wait for the supervisor to show up at 10am. I waited an hour or so, waiting for the supervisor to show up. I didnt know where she was supposed to come in, so I went around looking through the windows for somebody who looks remotely professional. I found someone wearing a business suit and I thought her to be the supervisor, and I was right. Youd think the lady from before would take two precious seconds from her life to inform me that she had already arrived. Talking with the supervisor was a lot better than talking with the other employee, however she made me wait ANOTHER hour just so that she could deal with an emergency, I dont really buy that. She tells me that the scanners for the tracking numbers are messed up and asked me to give her my phone number in case something comes up. I expected a call, but I never got it. I can think of only one thing about the horrible post office that I actually liked. During my stay, I noticed there was a man who was quite cheerful and polite. To be able to stay optimistic in a work environment like that is very impressive, he deserves a lot better than what he has now. Finally, The post office works normally when youre sending packages out, I would recommend that you NEVER have your packages delivered here. Spend a little bit of extra money for a different service, trust me, youll be happy that you did.

This post office is a true embodiement of why I hate USPS. Has the most laziest, inconsiderate, ill minded workers. For a decade now, not one package ever got delivered to my house. After all the countless days of sitting at home and waiting for packages and finding out from the usps app that my packages were not delivered even though I was home all day and my building door was open, I find it disgraceful the amount of effort these workers put into their deliveries. Every package is missed and they dont even leave a slip stating is was missed and if they do, they leave some of the most horrible excuses on their slips. I just recently got a slip stating "No Elevator" as the excuse for the package not being delivered. So you mean to tell me that you couldnt use the stairs? Lemme guess......Carrying a small package with a hat in it weighing nowhere even near a pound is too much work? Lol Lets not even get started with the post office itself. Everytime I come into the post office they have only 1 worker at the booth assisting a line 20+ people. And lets not even mention how slow these workers move. Take 20 minutes to locate a letter or small package. Then their customer service is the worse. Of course USPS customer service number will try to divert you and make it hard to contact them because they know their service is so horrible and terrible. Post office needs to be shut down and they need to hire new young hard workers that will actually do their job. Too much old cranky lazy workers......

These people need to be in jail- not just fired- because theyre essentially stealing tax dollars by not doing their jobs! My packages are always "attempted to be delivered"...hah! Yeah, RIGHT! Several times Ive been home and saw the tracking change from "out for delivery" to "delivery attempted" without anyone actually trying to get the package to me. And as for packages I dont need to sign for, ones that can just be left at my door: fuhgeddaboudit. Whoevers delivering the packages is a lazy piece of crap. Oh, and then, when I ask them to redeliver? Half the time they never do, or they redeliver on a day when Im not home. Heres a hint, postal morons, I ask for redelivery on SATURDAYS because I dont work then! Grr... The kicker is that today, I called, got the manager, and he said my parcel (which of course was not re-delivered on Saturday when Id requested it to be) was waiting for me. Okay, cool, Im ready for work early and its warm out, Ill walk the mile over there and get my stuff. But lo and behold, I got to the Post Office and some dumbass had put my parcel on the truck! ...Can I sue the Post Office?! >:( Eh, even if I cant, maybe Ill cast a pox on them, LOL.

Couple of time it had happened that their tracking says delivered but I dont receive my items. Yesterday USPS guy delivered 2 out of 3 packages but did not delivered the package I waited whole day. I tracked the package 20 times and till 7 pm it showed "out for delivery ". I even met the USPS guy who delivered my mails and other packages. I thought maybe my 3rd package will be delivered later on. Till 7 pm I stayed home, nobody ever attempt to deliver. Upon tracking the package 20th time, I found notes saying that there was no secure location to leave the package. Are you kidding me????? I am home all day, I have my USPS mail box with lock. How can USPS guy delivered everything else but not that package. The funny thing is that, there was no note left. In fact, the USPS guy never made any attempt. Either he forgot to deliver and lied or he steal packages. I dont know how he steals but Im having feelings he does. Well Im going to USPS right now. Our government institutions rock. Very proud on you folks. lol

Rancid meat is more appealing than this post office! This post office never opens on time, ever. It seems they never answer their main phone either, more then often it is a busy signal as if they left the phone off the hook to prevent people from calling. I have had packages stuck in delivery limbo because they have never put a Delivery Notice in my mailbox. There is no automated shipping machine, most if not all employees can barely speak english, on top of that it is clear they do not care what so ever to do their job effectively. Some of the delivery staff expect to have a Tip or Bonus from each home on their route during christmas season, I kid you not. If you do not, they actively disregard your home so you have to pick up any mail during the holiday, since you cant call them and ask to properly deliver your mail. Twenty years living in this area, the service has declined steadily over the years.

Amazing......I ordered a small product that was "supposed to be delivered" by FedEx. Somehow, It was handed off to USP which tried to deliver it only one time (supposedly). Now, the miserable online tracking says "it cannot be delivered" and I have to reschedule. Since when is only one attempt made to deliver a package? Meanwhile, the USP just made a delivery to my home today w/o my delivery. Was it too much trouble to try 2 days back to back? I been calling this Post office all day and the phone is constantly busy. ANSWER THE PHONE! I try to minimize ever having to use the USP because its a mess. Back to my original rant. How is it that Fed Ex has the delivery/account and hands it off to the Post Office?? If I knew Fed Ex wasnt going to deliver my package I wouldnt of ordered it on line. Anything to avoid the Post Office
