Those who work at the front desk of the post office are always friendly and helpful, but my rating is primarily because of my delivery person. I dont know if it is just plain laziness, but I have had several incidents happen that I am not at all happy with. Once a package was left sitting on the brick wall near my driveway right in plain sight for anyone to see. I was out of the house all day and someone could have easily taken it. Another time there was a notice left in my mailbox that said "sorry we missed you", when I was home and no attempt to come to the door was made. So I had to drive down to the post office the next day to pick up my package! Now I just went to my mailbox today and a package that was clearly marked "DO NOT BEND" was bent in half and shoved into my mailbox ruining the object that was inside!! I have tried several times to contact the post office on the phone to speak to the Postmaster and the phone just rings and rings and rings! Nobody answers it! My mail person drives to all their deliveries...he/she does not walk. I do not live far from my mailbox, in fact I walk to it every day. I do not know why this so called delivery person cannot simply drive up the driveway and put the package inside my enclosed front porch! A little exercise never hurt anyone!

Paid extra for Sunday delivery and no attempt was even made. The carrier just updated the system saying "notice left" but weve purposely stayed home waiting for the package. No attempt means shoddy service, lies, and wasted money.
