The food was good, but the waitress was rude in the beginning. Then when she brings our drinks one of them has a fly in it. Had to show it to another waitress who quickly switched the drink. When our waitress approached we told her, instead of apologizing to us first and then explaining the situation in the restaurant that they have with these fruit flies. She stated 6 its a fruit fly like in a way that was like ok and what. We have a bar a patio area so its normal for fruit flies to be in the restaurant and in customers food and drinks. ...the manager very politely came out after the incident asked if we were looking for her, we never asked to see the manager but we did tell her what happened. She apologized and said as the manager I know were you are coming from and said im truly sorry. I said ok, at least check your food items and drinks to make sure there isnt a fly in it before handing it to your customers (me referring to serving staff). Then after we spoke to manager then the waitress was a little friendlier. I was there celebrating my graduation with my family, and u can say the cheesecake factory in Long Island and Queens we have had better experiences. Nice restaurant if you dont mind finding an occasional fruit fly or food in your drink and food. Some staff have no people skills too.

First time in a Cheesecake Factory but not the last one. This place have a parking lot, and is on a great location. The wait was a few minutes nothing crazy. Server: was fantastic, fast and always on top of us, very efficient, polite and ready to server. Me and my friends share the Fried macaroni and cheese which are macaroni and cheese balls breaded and then deep fried and served with marinara, it taste very good. entree I ordered a Steak Diane Scampi Combo and was so surprised how tasty this was. The chunks of meat were seasoned nicely with the wine sauce and the mashed potatoes were so good that I couldnt help forking small mounds into my mouth, was perfectly cooked and juicy . Scrimp was so big and well done, i just love it. One of my friends order the Crusted Chicken Romano: a Breast of Chicken Coated with a Romano-Parmesan Cheese Crust. Served with Pasta in a Light Tomato Sauce. She like very much and the portion was so big that she had it for lunch the next day. And my other friend had the Chicken Marsala & Mushroom: Chicken Breast Sauteed with Fresh Mushrooms in a Rich Marsala Wine Sauce. Served over Bow-Tie Pasta. He was the only one that finish his meal. but the portion was huge.

I am quite disappointed with an experience at your White Plains, NY restaurant Saturday night. We ordered a gluten free burger and it was brought out by the manager. The waiter came over several times and was kind of lingering around the table. After a few minutes he took the burger away and said he wasnt comfortable because he didnt think she received a GF bun- Thank God she hadnt started eating yet as she has Celiac Disease and eating gluten makes her severely ill. Turns out it wasnt GF as we ordered. The manager came over to apologize and say shed fire up an other burger right away for my daughter- 20 minutes later it still wasnt out and when it did come out my daughter was too scared to eat it. They compensated with a piece of GF cheesecake but this is a mistake that CANNOT happen. If you are not able to accommodate customers who eat GF out of medical necessity you should make that more clear on your menu. While GF eating is a trend lately it dilutes the medical NECESSITY that people with Celiac Disease and Non-celiac gluten sensitivity have towards eating GF.

By far the worst Cheesecake Factory Ive ever been to. The hostess told us it would be a 20 minute wait. we checked in after 30 minutes and the hostess Kaity told us there was only one person ahead of us so we would be seated soon. Our buzzer went off so we went inside where we waited some more. I watched as the hostess put 5 familes in front of our menues (it was just 2 of us). When we asked her why, she completely ignored us and turned her back to us. Then we were seated and our service was just as horrible, our waiter Miguel was too busy flirting with the waitress that was hanging out by the bar. Our guacomole appetizer took over 20 minutes to make it to our table. We then called manager Kevin from our cellphone to our table and told him about our terrible experience where he just replied simply "oh Im sorry, I will speak with them". About 5 minutes later, Kaity came by and touched two chairs while she looked us up and down. Completely unprofessional and immature. Will NEVER come back to this location ever again.

When this place opened up the lines were out the door and they still are today like 5 years later. The menu selection is huge. There are lunch and brunch specials. The chefs will customize the meals for special diets and a kids meal. The drink menu ranges from milk shakes with or without liquor, wine, beer and iced coffee.(which helps wash down the "Out of this world cheese cake"). Try the waffles, steak, or my favorite the Edamame, Skinny Licious Chicken Salad Sandwich or the Cashew Chicken Salad. I have never finished a meal there because I need to save room for desert. Now I really cant decide on a Favorite but I do tend to chose a slice of White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cheesecake. It really melts in your mouth. No matter which Factory you eat at-It is always worth the wait. If you go with kids Do not wait till 6pm to wait. No reservations taken by phone. I was also at one in NJ and the Miami area.

I previously reviewed and the decline in, well, pretty much everything warrants an edit. It seems as if cheesecake factory no longer cares. Kind of like how married couples let their bodies go after a few years because, why bother making an effort? Thats how i feel about cheesecake factory and perceive them to feel the same about their guests. The portion sizes are not as impressive as they used to be, forget ordering any kind of meat and actually getting the temp you requested. Service is absent at best. Management hides in a corner due to front and back of the house caring less about providing a pleasurable dining experience for their guests. The only relatively consistent thing is the cheesecake but I will not go out of my way to be served by a miserable server and spend $8 to leave with an experience that lacks everything a person looks for in a restaurant. 2 thumbs down. Its a shame.

Decided to have a family get together at Cheese Factory on Sat, July 23rd, 7.30 PM and we were told to wait for an hour. We asked if we could be seated outside where there are empty tables but the rude lady receptionist said not possible. After an hour of waiting for nothing, we went back inside to inquire and the toughie guy called Sly has no interest to entertain us or to do his job at all. Meanwhile the kids were getting very hungry. After some time of pleading, we were allowed to be seated outside and very lucky to be served by a more courteous waiter. The food was not good at all (great size with no quality), had a very disgusting reception from front desk, and will definitely not come back to Cheese Factory. The place has no ambiance for any memorable family get together.
