I asked for a proposal for a 60 person bar mitzvah lunch. We are part of a nearby temple with a big congregation. I had a list of say 10 items. I received the following email from a secretary: Ms. Snyder has advised that we cannot provide some of your menu requests – so if you are set on this menu, then we cannot be of service to you. I guess Ms. Snyder could use a vacation since nothing specific was mentioned about my requests (was not asking for wild boar or fried ants) and no alternatives were given. I immediately replied asking for clarification but did not receive a response. This short note said to me that they are not interested in my business.

We had a summer wedding party for 60 in my home. I couldnt have asked for better food, and incredibly good service... far beyond my expectations. I am hiring them again for my luncheon in January. Working with Sharon was a pleasure, and I cant wait for the next party.
