I went to this salon based on reviews. Its just trial & error that really works. I gave it 3 tries with Lisa B. and would not recommend this salon. The old location was small but I like that intimacy. The newer location was too big, impersonal and felt loud. Stylists are talking to one another and you cant hear yourself think. Each time I went Lisa never remembered what we discussed before and blamed my dry hair to me vs the overprocessing she did the 1st time since my hair was never strand tested before coloring. Im not a sun person and use good products - just not the ones she wants me to buy. The cut was nothing to write home about and the push of product was annoying. The disagreements between owner and staff on new procedures was uncomfortable. The receptionist I will say was absolutely professional and I appreciated that. I loved her reminder call of the appt. and her courtesy at the desk. Take any review(s) with a grain of salt and just trust your opinion if you venture a try anywhere. Maybe their transition to the new salon should have been more thoughtful regarding client 1st impressions vs rushing to get in and start paying the bills but a cut is a cut and nothing spectacular was found by me. I felt the same going out as I did going in and for my money I want a bit of a nice change in me when I walk out of a salon. And why do they ask your birth date and email address if they dont even have invites for a service on that day?

Lash Extensions by Jennifer. Disclaimer: Jennifer was a pleasure to meet and a very nice person. This review has no reflection on her person. I had lashes applied April 16. My refill appointment was scheduled for May 7. There is nothing to refill--theyve all fallen out and in a lot of cases, taken my own lashes with them. I canceled the appointment and learned through a serious of ridiculous and tedious mishaps how to apply lash strips until my lashes reappear. If I could have mastered falsies in the past, I wouldnt have needed lash inserts. First, the procedure went wrong and I ended up for days with a bruised, tender eyelid from the pulling (separating lashes that were superglued together is my guess). Second, those lashes didnt last three days--leaving me with a huge gap in the center of my eye. The surrounding lashes resembled bull horns. Not pretty. I asked for full lashes, I got long lashes. Not exactly the same and while Im assured they were mink, there was nothing soft of lush about them at all. Instead, they looked a lot like spiky spider legs. A terrible experience all together.

I would definitely recommend Belleza. The staff are all really professional and kind. Ive been going to see Chantal for a while now, and shes great. She does my nails, and hair as well. She does silk nails, which are really natural and a great choice. I also really like how she does my hair. Shes really nice, and always makes you feel comfortable. She can tell whether you want to talk or not - shell talk with you if you want to talk, but if youd rather not she doesnt push it like a lot of other stylists Ive encountered. The rest of the staff are also quite nice - the receptionist recognizes you when you come in, and youre always offered something to drink. Id recommend Belleza to anyone.

I am so specific about my hair and I have had some terrible, terrible haircuts in the past. I would go so long without getting a haircut because I didnt feel like dealing with the aftermath but I finally found this salon and got an amazing cut from Lisa D. She listened to my concerns and didnt act snobby and was a real sweetheart! There was a nail tech that was bored and kept trying to talk to Lisa but she made it clear that she was busy doing my hair and wasnt interested in gossiping. Will definatley be back! I now look forward to my haircuts!

Ive been to Lisa Berke at Bellazza twice now and the serach is over. After so many bad experiences Ive finally found an amazing professional colorist. Lisa knows her stuff. She makes me feel comfortable and spends whatever time it takes to make sure Im happy. (and m a little high maintenance when it comes to my hair) She really goes above and beyond. Gina is also a sweetheart and everyone there is friendly yet professional. Im so happy I have found someone I can really trust my hair with. Not easy to do!!! Thanks Lisa!!

Stylists with lots of attitude & self importance instead of being concerned about the customers stated dislikes in their color or hair style. Only salon i ever was at where you have to pay & book your next appt with a soaking wet head & go searching for your wallet before your hair is even cut & blow dried & styled to satisfy "so busy" Stylists. Over Priced & not happy

I have been living in Buffalo for a little over a year now. I absolutely love this salon. My hair is thick and wavy, this is the first salon I have been to that actually knows how to deal with my hair. I was in and out in an hour and that was with a was and style. I would recommend them to anyone.
