I got my hair done for a wedding. I showed the girl when I wanted, and the updo that she did, did not look anything like the picture. There were braids on the side that were supposed to be loose and she had them super tight and I asked her to redo one side and she did, but it didnt look any better. She responded with "that is the best that I can do." Additionally, the bun Was supposed to be a low bun and she had it much higher than the picture I showed her. She could clearly see I was displeased and still charged me full price. I certainly will never get my hair done here again.

Showed up ten minutes before they opened and waited 20 more minutes then was asked by April to come back an hour later because she had to do her friends hair first then cut the friends husbands hair. didnt leave I waited an hour to get a trim. Friends come before customers, they have no supervision

Dont expect to get a good cut when you come here. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Ive had my hair cut here 3 different times and each time my hair is all different lengths. Dont come here!
