Dont know anything about cars, so I assume they did a good job. But the big thing here is when I got an oil change, they did a quick inspection like usual to make sure nothing else was wrong. Was told I needed new tire rods. Came back in a week to get this done, and they said that after cleaning and more closely inspecting the area, that it was not necessary. They could have easily went with the original rec and gotten a decent size job out of it, but were truthful and thorough checking to see if there was an actual problem before blindly doing the job.

The staff is very rude. The first time I went there the staff was rude and dismissive. The second time I brought my car in was to check out the radiator and replace the windshield fluid nozzles. They were again unfriendly, but whatever, I can deal with that. What pissed me off is how adamant they were in refusing to give a ballpark estimate on anything. Not even on the cost of the nozzles, which I found in two minutes on Google. Thats some lazy work.

Brought my commercial vehicle in for oil change air conditioning a noise when I started the car and to get my fluids refilled they told me Im under warranty for the ac and they didnt fix the noise I ended up checking it my self and my anti freeze was low and steering fluid was low filled them both up noise went away and ac worked better every pep boys does work like this that Ive been too .

Got an appointment for an oil change and I chose mobil 1 synthetic and later was told they used pennzoil no big deal but 4 months later my engine was making noise I brought it to my mechanic and found out that the oil was never changed. I had to replace my spark plugs cost me a hundreds. DO NOT LET THESE SCAMERS NEAR YOUR CAR!!!

Very p[professional, and they also have very good prices (I checked several places before deciding to go with the to fix my car), but they have some customers service to learn. If they tell you that if you will arrive at 9, you will be out by 10, and you find yourself still there at 11, it is not the way to treat peoples time.

I went to buy a pair of windshield wiper today at around 11:45 am, and the guy at the front desk said that those wipers are not for sale instead he told me to get from the auto zone which i didnt understood because last year only i changed my windshield wipers at this shop. Im not going to this shop for future repairs.

I bought tires online and picked them up in the store. In good location on Queens Blvd but a bit tricky to get to with all the one-way streets.Thankfully, there is a parking lot. Clean, pleasant waiting room with TV and Keurig coffee maker. Clean, organized mechanics shop in back. Friendly, helpful clerk.

Great place for basic car maintenance. The guys here have already been good to me, they check the car for free and if nothing needs work theres no charge. They have solid knowledge about different makes and models and i trust them with my car which has a lot of modifications.

Fantastic place. Most importantly, I felt like the representatives were being honest. I hated going to auto body stores generally because I felt like I was always getting cheated. Not here. I think New Yorkers should definitely consider this place for their auto needs.

Changed oil here. Spent 1 hour, costs 49.99 with coupon from their site. Employee Loyd screamed on me because there was no place to park, and I asked him where to leave the car. Guys on reception are helpful and polite. 2 stars because of Loyd. Hate being screamed.

I was at the parking lot trying to figure out how to change the windshield wiper. I asked the mechanics wether they could help me out, they both looked at me and walked away. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Dont recommend anyone going here.

Did an oil change here at one time and apparently they striped the drain plug. 2 days later no oil :o Manager was nice though, he personally took care of everything instead of having one of the regular techs do it...

Went for Oil Change. They only filled oil. No washer fluid. No radiator fluid. No manual transmission fluid.No nothing. That is standard at other places when you get an oil change. Never again.
