I would not recommend this day care at all. They have a 4 star license which I assumed meant they would provide quality care. I quickly learned that was not the case. This center was 75% of the time out of ratio in the mornings. There would often be 15+ children, ranging from infants and up, with one teacher. When I would pick up my child, granted she was potty training, the majority of the time she did not have clean underwear or pants on. Also when I picked her up she was not herself. She has been in daycare from the time she was 2 months old and even on days when she is tired or grumpy she is always part of whats going on, very responsive and engaged. But shortly after I started taking her to this daycare, I would pick her up and she would be sitting outside away from the other kids and just seem so dazed and out of it. The breaking point for me was when I picked her up one day and she had some marks in the center of her back and the teachers explanation was not logical at all. She also had an unusual mark behind her ear. Save yourself the time and dont bother going here. It was the worst experience I have had as a parent and the most stressful. I reported the situation, and there have been several other reports, but unfortunately when investigated nothing was found and they are still in business

Yes, I was skeptical. The building isnt the most spectacular, but the staff is really friendly and has been unbelievable with our child. They have attended to all of our childs needs, which hasnt been an easy task. Our child talks about the teachers, saying how wonderful they are, how much our child loves them all. Its really pretty amazing. They have been so accommodating. I LOVE the diversity, the herbal gardens, they teach the kids Spanish. And our child isnt even two, yet retains everything they say and comes home singing new songs, with new signs, its really pretty great. Surprised and really happy that our child is happy to go and sad to leave! =)

My 2-year old daughter has been attending Kaleidoscope from the beginning of the year and even though our biggest worry was her no wanting to go to school, she has wanted to go back since day one. The staff are very friendly and caring (my daughter talks about her teacher all the time) and they have beautiful artwork all over the walls of the hallways at kids eye level to show off what they have been up to. It also has a diverse population. which was important to us. It is a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone.

There do seem to be a lot of children per teacher but my daughter loves going here and asks when she can go back whenever we have taken a break due to my work schedule.
