Stephanie Gerlich

I used Verge for the 2 month limited day-of-coordinator service and worked with Stephanie Douglas. Hiring a day-of-coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My fiancé (now husband) and I went back and forth about whether or not we wanted to spend the money. After talking with Stephanie and getting the details on what goes into day-of-coordinating, I was certain I would be better off without the stress of thinking about all of those details. Stephanie was wonderful from start to finish. I would say she went above and beyond the description of what is included in the service. She was available anytime via email and text/phone. She coordinated with all of the vendors for me, planned out the timeline, and gave me things to think about that I would have probably never considered on my own. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there and made the wedding run seamlessly. She set up all of my personal details exactly the way I wanted them. She was personable and professional and made sure I didnt have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. She was there for the entire wedding from set up to clean up. Between Stephanie and my wonderful vendors, everything was taken care of and I didnt have to stress out about anything and fully enjoyed our wedding day. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Stephanie at Verge Events did a FABULOUS job planning our wedding at the Grove Park Inn. She was extremely easy to work with and very accessible throughout the whole process. It was so great to have one point person for everything, especially since we dont live in Asheville. When we had a few curveballs thrown our way on our wedding day, Stephanie truly was a miracle worker-- and was a calming force for us! She handled our day-of obstacles with poise and composure and made sure that our guests had no idea anything ever went wrong. We have had multiple guests tell us how AMAZING our wedding was and how beaming we looked as a couple all night-- and we owe a lot of that success to Stephanie and Verge Events.
