I will start this off by saying I am the woman that was in the showroom that Mr. Harrmon is speaking of. Upon him walking out the door, I had a feeling that he would put a negative review about Main Events, and wanted to set a few things straight if he were to do so. Low and behold, as soon as I get home and look up their google reviews, there it is. First off, I do not feel that I was treated poorly at any time while I was there, and it upsets me that he would try to speak for me or anyone else. There was a constant stream of people picking items up, as well as the phones ringing. THEY WERE BUSY. It was very evident to me that the gentleman had zero patience, and in the short time he waited there, I feel he was very rude to me; as a customer, who was there before him. When the phones would ring, the lady at the front desk would politely ask me to wait, while she answered the phone. I was in no hurry, as I was getting information on planning my daughters wedding. There was another gentleman in the office as well, and he was helping the guests who were picking up items, however the other customer could not wait long enough for this employee to return and assist him. Now onto my personal experience. While I did not place an order this time, I did receive all information that I went in to get, and I will definitely be using this company once we get a full list of the items needed. They have everything that I will need for our upcoming event. In speaking with them about the event, they were able to give me a diagram of how the tent will layout, as well as guide me in the right direction with additional questions I had on linen rentals. I cannot wait to work with them in the future, they are very knowledgeable about what they do, and are also very knowledgeable.

Main Events provided exceptional service for our wedding. The tent was beautiful, the set-up/ drop-off and take-down/ pick-up was efficient, and the customer service was first rate. The convenient delivery option to our remote location allowed us to provide a comfortable and picturesque reception for our guests. The staff was flexible and accommodating in response to our many requests for changes leading up to the event, even on the day of the wedding. We were treated with hospitable warmth that allowed us to feel like valued customers. I highly recommend Main Events for any party or gathering!

The woman at desk was on the phone and being rude to customer she was talking to. She totally ignored me. I was just trying to drop off THEIR property! The guy at dock wasnt professional either. I would most definitely never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place. We have an annual family reunion, and I always utilize Main Events for all the tents, tables, chairs, and even a bounce house. Staff is great, and setup/teardown is always prompt and on time. Highly recommended!
