Honestly, the preschool would be wonderful if it were solely judged by (a majority of) its teachers. Weve been lucky (with the exception of one) to have come across some of the most loving teachers between the Morrisville and East Cary centers. The admin staff however, is awful. As a working parent - your main goal in choosing childcare is to find someone youre confident loves your child as much as you do (maybe even more on those days’) but also to find a place that makes that one aspect (out of the million other things you juggle) of your life easy. IMO, drop off, teacher friendliness and pick up should be seamless. This daycare does the exact opposite. I think our billing was correct once. Once. I begged over and over again for signs on classroom doors at the end of the day so that when Im done with a long days work I could just read a sign and find where my child might be if not in her actual classroom. Ive spent countless time searching for my child - and one heart dropping time when no one in the WHOLE daycare seemed to know where she disappeared to. This is one of the most unorganized companies Ive ever had to work with and unfortunately it was also where I trusted the care of my child. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone. Im actually astonished at the fact it still has 5 stars. I have never felt they listened or cared when I came to them with a concern. Parking is atrocious as well - and the center has their buses and teachers park in front of the building leaving about 10 spots for pickup and drop off. I would go earlier than necessary to drop off just so I could avoid the whole experience. There are so many other great 5 star childcare choices that also offer so much more organization and friendliness.

We started at Little Pros Academy after a last minute decision to switch daycares right before our oldest started in the infant class almost 4 years ago. We are so glad we did! Every class he has been in has been excellent. The teachers are very loving and caring, but also great at engaging the students. Our child was saying his ABCs before he was out of the 1 year old class, spelling his name early in the 2 year old class, and even writing his name early in the 3 year old class! We love that there is an indoor gym and spanish class - he sings lots of fun songs in Spanish! We also love the care and attention that goes into transitioning the children into new classes. It seems like the director and assistant director really take into account the childs personality when selecting their next class. We now have another that has started in the infant class and have been thrilled with the love she gets each day! We could not ben happier with Little Pros and have already recommended it to several friends who are just as happy!

We moved to Raleigh in the spring of 2011, and initially had our son at another daycare center. Well let me tell you, that place was AWFUL! So when my husband got a steady job, we started shopping around for another daycare center. We found LPA kind of by accident -- it is on my way to work, and I decided to contact them for information. Andrea and Amanda were very kind and extremely helpful. It felt like I was talking to old friends. Our son started at LPA right after Christmas 2011, and it is the best decision we ever made. The staff at LPA are kind and caring, and they all genuinely care about the kids there. The playground and the facilities are top notch, and they have an indoor gym so that even when the weather is frightful, your child will get physical activity included in their day. Before LPA, I was constantly worried about my son all day. Now that he is at LPA, I know he is in great hands.

I loved working at this center. Some teachers are really hard working and really tend to each child individually in a loving and nurturing manner. When a parent dropped off in my classroom, they knew their child was learning and in the best hands at the end of the day. To anyone looking for employment here, Its a great place for teachers to have close relationships with families and their children. As for the work environment if you want CLEAR and DEFINITIVE answers about pay, benefits and merit raises dont look for the front desk operations but communicate with the corporate offices. As a trained and certified teacher you should be paid equivalent to education and salary.

My son started at LPA East Cary when he was 4. He transitioned very easily because the teachers were so wonderful. He spent almost 2 years there before starting Kindergarten. He now goes back there for track out camp. He told me the other day that his favorite teacher is Mr. Mark. And I agree so far, Mr. Mark always wears a smile, will always give you a wave, and makes you feel welcome. I was glad he was in my sons class to help him transition. I know I have a second child there who has been there since infancy, and I have been completely happy with her development so far. I would recommend LPA East Cary to anyone!

Weve been at LP East Cary since our son was 5 months old. This is a great facility with wonderful directors and staff. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming - the place just has a happy feel to it. I especially like that they have an indoor gym and physical education teacher - especially for days when it is rainy or too hot to play outside. They also have a garden for the children to learn about gardening and a large/extensive playground and sports field area. Oh, and I have to give a shout-out to their wonderful Spanish teacher, Miss Hortensia, who is very kind and caring.

My son started at little pros academy of east cary in June 2011 and we have been extremely happy with the care he has recieved. His teachers are truly amazing and encourage him to learn and have fun. My son looks forward to going to preschool everyday. We are thrilled that he is actually learning so much as well. He loves gym with Mr. Mark and Spanish class. He comes home everyday excited to tell us all the new things he learned that day. The facility is incredibly clean and the staff could not be more caring and helpful. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

After several tours of pre-schools in the Cary area, we landed at Little Pros Academy hidden between Tryon and the Parkway; located near our home and we didnt know it. The standout qualities of LPA initially were the cleanliness and space provided for the children. Our 5 year old started on the 2 day a week program. This lasted a month. Now hes full time because he doesnt want to miss a day. Hes very close to his classmates and teachers. My wife and I are very happy with our choice in LPA and we would recommend it to everyone!

My second child will be starting in LPA East Cary next week, and I could not be more excited! My daughter had been attending LPAEC for a year and a half now and she loves it. She can not get enough of the gym time, outside time, spanish class, and playing with her friends. She loves her teachers and it is obvious that they love her. I believe the staff tries very hard to go the extra mile for each child and family! I would highly recommend this center to anyone that wants quality childcare in a family friendly environment!
