This place gets a negative 1 star. Staffmasters of Durham has the rudest, most racist front desk receptionist I have ever encountered in my entire life. Her name is Audrey and she treats people like they are not fit to be in her presence. She has an extremely unprofessional demeanor and very little patience. It is my strong belief that she is racist and she tampers with the urine drug screens that she believes should not receive a negative result. She treats people and talks to them rudely in person and on the phone. Something needs to be done about this person because she makes the experience of getting a job very unpleasant and difficult. I have heard from many people that I am not the only one who has had this type of encounter with Audrey and I do not understand how this company has allowed her to continue to work there. She is not in the business of helping people obtain employment, she is in the business of discouraging those who she doesnt see fit to be employed in her opinion. I will not be going back to this place and will discourage other people and other companies from using this company as a resource.

It does feel a tad bit awkward when you first step into Staff masters. The receptionist speaks professional but seems annoyed. You honestly can sense the frustration in her tone. Make sure to keep any questions short & to the point. That math test had me really sweating. Back to the basics for me. (lol) Other than that the rest of the process wasnt too bad. The other staff members was polite & professional. In conclusion, I could understand how some other reviewers felt inferior. I did feel unease until the process was completed.

I worked for them back in July of 2015, but I was presented with another opportunity, I had to train for 1 week prior to PT employment with other opportunity, Staffmasters forced me to resign & woman Dorothy made a smart remark about Arbys hiring. I have much more experience than she does, she doesnt even have a college degree to be a Recruiter, I did not not like the factory setting they place you in. Not for me. Employers were ok.

The lady at the front desk is very rude her name is Audrey even when you call she is been rude and unprofessional. She make its where I dont want even deal with staff masters at all I been trying get a job with them over year and still none thing yet.

Audry is a sexist racist person she lies and is very very rude. Did my app and drug screen in Nov. And its march Ive called numerous times and still havent recieved a call back.... They dont return calls and are very unprofessional

Its a long process to get qualified but once you do it goes really fast. I went in on a Tuesday and started work on Thursday. They explain the job good. My experience was positive.
