This was my very first time utilizing a temp agency so I didnt really know what to expect from Quality Staffing Specialists (QSS) initially; however my first visit was most pleasant and I left feeling confident, motivated and hopeful. My recruiter, Lisa, has a great energy about her and it really set me at ease that we clicked from the beginning. She encourages transparency and is a superb communicator, also I didnt feel like just a number or a random person with her. QSSs employees always seem to be smiling and theres definitely an optimistic energy upon walking in. The process took a little longer than I thought it would, but it was worth the wait! She nailed it and I am so excited to be starting at a potential dream job in less than a week! I live on the total opposite side of Wake County from QSS, but I am so glad I didnt let the distance deter me from using their services. I definitely recommend QSS to anyone within the Wake County or neighboring area, especially if youre looking for a laid back yet top-notch professional agency to help you find work. Ask for Lisa!

Be cautious of this temp company. More so caring about themselves then employees. For a temp company its supposed to be good fit for an employee as well as employer. Going into any assignment you are supposed to be showed how to do a job. They hurry up and stick you places that doesnt care about you because you are a temp. They recently let an employee go who was a friend of mines because she went on an assignment and didnt like it. They didnt show her what to do and she decided to not go back. She informed quality of this and they wasnt happy about it. They dont care what you are thrown in long as you are making company happy. This is wrong. Just be beware when you apply be ready to be thrown in situations where you no one shows you what to do on temp assignments. My reply to my friend was I bet someone showed them how to be a recruiter they just didnt walk in and get on phone. Unbelievable company!!!

Insisted on doing a credit check on me, even when I was not yet being considered for any specific job. I was not even applying for any jobs that involved handling cash or finances. A couple months later, I had an interview with one of their clients who wanted to hire me for a short-term contract. Again, although the position did not involved handling any money or financial information, Quality Staffing insisted they needed to run another credit check. Later, after completing this assignment, they called to discuss another one with me. I asked if yet another credit check would be performed and they said "yes". At that point I explained that was not acceptable and terminated the call.

Employers, exercise caution: Insist on proof and results of their employee background check before allowing employee in your business. Quality Staffing placed an employee in my medical office who I ultimately had to refer to the police for serious reasons. Quality stated that my contract did not specify for background checks, which I assumed all employment services would do in this day and time. Their competition utilizes extensive background checks. I learned the hard way, your business reputation and safety is worth a careful background check. Nice people at the sales level, but the devil will be in the details with Quality Staffing.

Bait and Switch - called me after finding my resume on Career Builder and discussed a particular position, agreed to come in for an interview for that position, was given positive feedback in person only to get an email when I got home about not being qualified even though the amount of experience required did match mine. I was added to their database so I suppose someone got to meet their quota for the week but I felt uncomfortable with their policy of calling their work line 3 times a week and leaving a message with personal information to get a job.

If you are looking for a friendly, caring and helpful Staffing Service I highly recommend Quality Staffing. Each staff member treats you with respect and concern for all your questions and interests. My supervisor Leslie has not only been very helpful she has also motivated me with her encouragment. Qualtiy Staffing and its team work to get you working and it has paid off well for me. After a layoff in August, I registered with Quality Staffing to help me find a new job. Not only did they do just that, but they kept me busy working temp jobs while trying to find me something more permanent. Every time I called I received prompt, courteous attention and received the highest level of compassion and professionalism during that difficult time of unemployment. I am an LPN with an extensive backround in surgical nursing. Upon moving to NC in Dec. 2005, I have been attempting to get jobs in the OR/Ambulatory Surgery setting or LPN Office nurse positions. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people! I went to Quality Staffing when I moved to Cary and needed to find a job. Everyone in that office was helpful and friendly. I usually hate to interview but they made me feel very comfortable. I was worried that it would be hard to find a job for someone like me, but they came up with a temp assignment the next day!
