I had been working consistently, but not happily for about 8 years. I worked with difficult managers, long hours, much travel and not so great pay. Even though I was gainfully employed, I always “kept in touch” with Frankel Staffing Partners. I was able to express my idea of a ‘dream job’ and trusted that when that job became available, they would let me know. My Frankel representative kept telling me about a company that she KNEW I would love and they would love me… My representative did say that there were no current open positions, but when something came available, she would let me know. My representative, Mrs. West, had placed many happy “temp” folks at this company and she had built a great working relationship with the Human Resource person. When my ‘dream job’ became available, my Frankel representative DID call me and asked how soon I could interview. I was leaving for vacation for 10 days and going out of the country. It was just not possible to interview right now. Mrs. West convinced the Human Resource person that I was PERFECT for this job and asked if she could please hold off on making final decisions on hiring until I was able to interview. Upon returning from vacation, I did interview with the Human Resource person and the person who I would be working for. I was so impressed. The team was great, the company really makes a difference in the world, are compassionate, energetic and supportive. They offer flexible hours, great pay and a true sense of belonging! My Happy Ending – I was offered the job shortly after my interview and have been working for this wonderful company since June 2011. I was hired as a Temp initially, and then hired permanently in October 2011. I am so happy and love my job, my manager and my team. Frankel Staffing Partners and Mrs. West really came through for me, stayed in touch with me and understood exactly what kind of job would benefit me AND the company that I work for. They are an incredibly caring and knowledgeable group of professionals.

I recently registered with Frankel Staffing in an effort to find employment. I am also registered with a couple of other agencies and have used staffing agencies in two other states to find employment. Although I have yet to be placed by Frankel Staffing, my experience with their staff has been beyond outstanding. The employees that I can name outright for superior service are Kristen, Shannon, Jessica, and Samantha. Not only do they perform the functions of their jobs in a professional, timely manner, but each of these women have behaved as though my employment concerns are their employment concerns. None of these women have ever behaved as if I am just another method of collecting a paycheck. Conversely, each of them has made me feel as though she has a genuine concern for my welfare. With the stresses placed upon each of us by todays economy, the manner in which they perform their jobs is so very much appreciated. Quite frankly, it is impressive in that they not only have to handle the sales aspect of their positions, but also deal with those of us on the other side of this issue who are desperate to find employment. They truly demonstrate "grace under fire". For this agency to emplloy such stellar, caring, humanistic employees speaks volumes about the company itself. It can only be assumed that the employees they have are a direct reflection of the core values of the firm. If a position is offered to me through this agency, I will work diligently to reflect as positively upon the agency as its in-house staff does.

I had a bad experience with Frankel Staffing and would not recommend them. After I submitted my resume in response to an advertised position, I was contacted by Frankel’s recruiter, Tonya Butler. Strangely, during our brief conversation, Ms. Butler asked me no questions whatsoever about my work experience, expertise or education. She said she would submit my resume to the company and would be in touch very soon to set up an interview. Weeks passed, and I contacted Ms. Butler; I received no response to my e-mails, nor to voicemails that were left for her. When I finally managed to get her on the phone, Ms. Butler was full of excuses and said she was working on setting up an interview for me. More weeks passed, and I heard nothing from Ms. Butler. I did, however, learn from a source that the company had finished interviewing and hired a candidate to fill the position, who had already started work. When I contacted Ms. Butler, before I could say that I knew the position was filled, she acted as though the position was still open and said she would be in touch soon to set up an interview. She hung up before I could ask her how she would arrange for an interview for a position that was already filled and why she wasn’t being truthful with me. Tonya Butler is dishonest and evasive and is lacking in professionalism, respect and common courtesy. Please seek out other agencies for your job search; no one deserves to be lied to and treated as poorly as I was by Frankel Staffing.

I was interviewed at Frankel Staffing by Samantha. She was very professional and she submitted me for a position that was suppose to be a temp to perm position. i interviewed with the company and I was offered the position. After working with the company for 4 weeks, I had a 30 day review with my supervisor who provided me with excellent feedback and told me I was doing an excellent job and learning the information quickly. Exactly 2 weeks later, I received a call from Samantha at Frankel Staffing, Approx 30 mins after I had gotten off work, and was told that the company has decided to end my assignment, When I ask what the reasoning was, i was told by Samantha that the company stated I wasnt learning the info as quickly as they had hoped. When I explained to Samantha that their reasoning was a contradiction to what I had been told by the company 2 weeks prior, she replied that "it does not make since and this in no way shape or form effects my relationship with Frankel Staffing." Its been almost 2 months and i have never heard anything else from Samantha or Frankel Staffing. I have since then moved on and looking for work with another agency who has been absolutely wonderful. Although Samantha was a very kind and professional recruiter, I feel as though she should have pressed the company for a more efficient reason for my assignment ending. I dont think I will ever use Frankel Staffing again because they have shown me that they really dont care about their recruits.

New to NC, I found Frankel Staffing through job postings on Craigs list. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and completely unfamiliar with the market. While I had a couple of recruiters I was working with, I gravitated towards Julie Cocking. She was smart and took the time to get to know me and made an effort to understand my needs instead of forcing me to interview with companies there were not a mutual fit. Through a combination of her experience and connections, I was able to land my dream job – not an easy task by today’s standards. After an eight month exhaustive search, I was ready to throw in the towel. Instead, I visited the Frankel web page and found a posting for a job close to home. At this point, I thought I had nothing to lose. I sent an email and Julie got right back to me and submitted my resume and got me the interview. Once I met, what was to be, my future boss and learned more about the company, I called Julie and told her this was the job for me! I asked her to do whatever necessary to make it happen, even though the salary range was lower than my requirements. When I finally got the offer and saw that she negotiated the salary substantially higher, I was delighted. I accepted the offer on the spot. Needless to say I’m very happy with the position, company and my colleagues. Things could have not worked out better. Should I need to hire more staff or be back out in the job market, I would definitely use Frankel – they exceeded my expectations.
