I had called one of their employess to be hooked up with a job a long time ago, re-contacted them a few times and never really heard anything back. Then a couple months later I get this call saying that there is a great position open and to come in and apply. So i do. They are all SO nice and friendly and helpful. I had expected it to be a long time before I heard back about it, and then like a dream, I get a call only a week later saying that I got the job! I have been to other temp agencies, and I wasnt really impressed, and I am so glad I never accepted any of those positions because this job is so much better, and the employee helps me to feel professional and in the loop. It took some time, but its so worth it! Dont get discouraged just because you dont hear back immediatly!

I think your experience really depends on which agent you work with. I worked with Paul and he was extremely helpful. I submitted my application online and was contacted pretty soon afterwards. If there is a job available that fits your qualifications, you can be sure you will hear back. Trust me, they want to fill these positions- if you get paid, they get paid! Ive been working for the same company thru Aerotek for a year and a half now. I cant think of anything to complain about and its a really great way to get your foot in the door, especially if you are just starting your career and are willing to accept an entry level position.

They never return your emails or phone calls! Was offered a temp position somewhere else when I asked to be submitted to Quintiles. Didnt take the temp job, and asked a few months later to be submitted for Quintiles, yet again. The guy called me to personally tell me he wasnt going to submit me and that I was now listed as a "red flag" employee, because I didnt accept the job I never wanted in the first place. I have an excellent resume and great recommendation letters, but the guy let his ego get the best of him. This place is unprofessional.... Avoid this place at all costs.

Erin was so nice and friendly during my interview. After she found me employment she was very rude,nasty attitude and she terminated me Thursday June 15th after i got off work for going with my former co-worker to Human Resources office and not saying anything because of what my former co-worker said about her self and didnt have nothing to do with me. I never heard of someone getting terminated for being quite it doesnt make sense. She said to me she didnt want me working for Aerotek if im not honest and have her looking like a fool

These people ask me to come in for an interview and when I was less than a mile away my GPS stop working. I had to call 3 different times to ask someone how to get there and no one could tell me how to find the place. So I just wasted my gas and valuable time because these people couldnt remember where they worked. Turns out this is pretty typical for aerotek. Very unprofessional.

Wanted 3references cant do anything for you if you dont have that. But heres the catch it have to be your boss number an they going to ask them lot of questions then they decide if they want you I think that is to much an very stupid an also small hour pay not really good service there all ima say is dont settle for nothing that not even sure for your life.

While I dont know what type of experience that other people had with Aerotek but I do know that their start out pay is nice all depends on what the job you have. But and employee of aerotek made sure I got my money that had suppose to been mailed on Thursday. SHE made sure I received my pay check so I have been having a great experience with them.

I was on an assignment with them for over 1 year and it ended because of lack of work. Once my assignment was over, you would think they would find me some more work. WRONG! These people didnt even call me back. It shows how much they care about their employees!!

Registered with the Raleigh, NC branch and they NEVER called me about 1 single job. To make matters worse, when I call to be put on the availability list, they act as if theyre irritated! I wish I could go lower than 1 and give the HALF A STAR rating!!!:-(

Promised to keep in touch, sent me to one interview and I never heard back. They are pretty poor at keeping their word and it was near impossible to get in touch with the rep who was in charge of helping me. After leaving endless messages, I gave up.

god place to deal with you must keep an eye or ear on their drug testing facility they tried to tell me my medication was illicit or such the lady tried to tell me my doctors prescription wasnt good enuff I told er it was in USA ..

If you are an experienced recruiter (and even if you have a college degree) do not expect them to even consider you for a recruiter position UNLESS you are a brand-spanking new college grad in your early 20s.

Okay if you feel like making endless phone calls in attempt to make contact with a sales rep, than this company is for you. Truthfully Ive declined several positions from this agency.
