From day 1 I was having trouble getting into see my paystubs. I kept asking them for help to no avail. I called the card place myself after a MONTH of waiting on Chartwell to do THEIR job. Then theres the T-shirt crap!!! When u work for them u HAVE to wear Ts with their logo on them. They take $10 out of your paycheck to cover the cost. It states in the hand book that after 90 days of employment, you will be credited the money back on your check. GOOD LUCK with that!!!! They kept changing the colors (3 times) charged me $10 each time, so $30 all together. Now in the hand book it says nothing about changing colors or anything else!!! It says AFTER 90 DAYS you will be reimbursed. I have YET to receive a penny. Oh, keep tabs on your paycheck too, theyll try to cheat you out of a 1/2 hour here/ there!!!

I was supposed to start a one day assignment and ended bleeding bad before my shift and did not have a chance to call anyone before my shift start. Well because of that one incident they will no longer even help me find work or even let me show proof. I never even worked for them before this. So be careful if you have an emergency they will not except any excuses!!!!
