Be careful with this daycare! This daycare needs many improvements that should be made aware to their home office . I experienced numerous account errors such as being charged when my child didnt attend school some days; thats even paying the holding fee. My child (an infant) was fussed at by a teacher for not eating to a 10 month old standard (whatever that is) and being wet in the face for not properly wiping after eating. Last, my child was placed in a toddlers room without consent which resulted in another child attacking my infant and scratches made on the face. The director doesnt handle situations well and some staff members are unprofessional. Also, the director needs better training when handling concerns from parents. The district managers even worse with handling a parent(s) concerns and returning calls. A parent shouldnt worry if their child is being properly cared for while working. As a first time parent using daycare, this has been an extreme nightmare. Not all parents have the luxury of working with their child(ren) attending the same daycare. Be careful before choosing this daycare; I want to prevent any parent from going throught the fustrations and headaches I endured.

Nice, well kept and well staffed center. I picked up my daughter last Friday, on a 100 degree day, and was pleasantly greeted and happy to notice how nice the center looked and how clean it was. The staff obviously works very hard making the children happy, and keeping the center very clean and well organized. The staff is very kind and accomodating, and all seem to love children. I recommend this center of hard-working and children loving staff to anyone looking for a daycare they can feel happy trusting their children to. Good job to a director that obviously takes pride in a well-run, clean and fun center!

had very bad experience with this daycare. The teachers were ignoring to crying children. The administrative person is bossy and arrogant. This daycare is against open-door policy. It has video camera but not in use. If you visit their toddler class, you see children cry one after another. The only nice person I met in this daycare is its cook. I wish she could be the teacher.

I love, love, love the teachers. They are wonderful to work with and they truly care about your child. The only reason why I didnt give this day care 5 stars is that I am a little worried about all of the changes that are going on.
