My child was bitten numerous times here in the toddler room, they never did anything about it except say "thats just what toddlers do", yeah well daycare staff is supposed to at least TRY to prevent such things from happening EVERY SINGLE WEEK, sometimes twice a week. The final straw was a BLACK EYE my 1 yr old has now due to their incompetence, she apparently tripped over a toy and hit her eye off a chair. Fact or fiction I do not know yet, Ive alerted corporate. My older daughter has fun here, but for toddlers or babies I really dont recommend.
