This salon has absolutely gone down the drain and I will never return here again. My stylist was Travia and she was the poorest excuse for a stylist that I have ever ran into in my 30 years on the planet. She was rude, referred to my extensions as "cheap", ate food over my head, and was texting on her phone while doing my hair. To add icing on the cake, she yelled to the other side of the salon about how a certain supermarket doesnt accept EBT cards. If she actually did a good job on my hair and didnt allow me to walk out the salon with a damp head, then maybe I would have looked past all of that. However, for the $60 I paid, I could have done a much better job myself.

Called for a blowout price and was rudely told "We dont give out prices over the phone, you can go to our website." Because of how she answered the phone & said it, I already caught the vibe it was not a place where I would want to spend my money. So I went to the website anyway, and no prices were on the website except for $10 & $30 doobie specials?! They did have a more detailed menu, but the .PDF file would not come up. One bad employee can cost a bad and unfavorable impression on your business.... Not a good look for the "Dudley" brand. On that note, next...

Went in today and got my hair done. My stylist ( Amera, sorry probably misspelled her name) was so sweet, funny, and knew exactly what she was talking about and doing far as my hair. She provided excellent tips. Everyone there was so sweet and felt like family. I have found a new salon home. I absolutely love my hair and the environment! Would recommend to anyone. If I could rate more stars I would! :)

The best place in greensboro to get your hair done correctly. True genuine people. Prices are beyond reasonable and everyone is extremely friendly. If you are one who believes in getting what you pay for. Dudleys is for you. Great with the keritan complex treatment. I love this place. I even drive 2 and a half hours from my school to get my hair done by them. :-)

Horrible. Was told one price and then once the stylist started working on my head told me it was more she was rough on my head jerking it as she was blow drying it cause I said Ill just pay for the blow dry and Ill do my own hair at home I guess she got mad but at first it was 35 and then it was 75 due to my own natural hair being long. Will never go back.

The customer service was great . The issue I had is that the pricing could not be given over the phone.they charged more than a professional salon charged to wash and straighten my sew in which is 30-40. Dudley charged me $68 my hair was only 16 inches. Again my stylist was professional and talented but 68 is overpriced for a hair school!

This place has worst customer service. You can to ask a simple question of my elderly grandmother & was directed to the website. Asked if she could be accomated with her wheelchair all was said "we can make room"! No warm welcoming or no interest towards my grandmother. For dudleys to be well known there attitude & customer service sucks.
