Wanted to try this salon because its so close to my house. First impressions are crucial for me. My stylist was young so I tried to overlook her lack of propriety: insisting through many "reminder texts" that I bring and pay with cash. On my birthday, my Dad wanted to treat me by giving me his credit card- stylist was unable to give me any receipts after asking her many times. Straw that broke the camels back was when she canceled my appt. THE DAY OF... stating she needed to go to a "family dinner". And this appt. was for a new color technique she wanted to try. Im definitely taking my business to a Salon with seasoned and polite personnel.
