My hair was straight, but they put color on my scalp. The owner told me because its red it always goes on the scalp lol. I told her Im a hair stylist and she is wrong, haircolor is actually for the hair. She didnt want to help me in anyway. She continued her business like I wasnt there, then finally another stylist got up and removed the color from my scalp and straighten my hair. Thats all I wanted. I still tipped them and actually paid full price for my color...I will never be back. This salon lacks common knowledge of hair products and hair care. It is very unprofessional, the owner needs to lead by example.

I went as soon as they open at 9am and I was already the third customer (well I got there at 9:15). Lily did a great job shampooing my hair and she did my blow out.My hair is chemical free and thick and she did laid my edges to the gawds.The heat does burn a little but it only burn where my hair was thin at.The heat didnt hurt once she got to the thick part of my hair.I do recommend going when they first open and that was my 1st time ever going there but I love my hair. I love whatever they use in that spray bottle for my thick course hair.

Totally unprofessional. I hate roller sets and the only option is to roll the hair instead of just a wash and a blowout. I noticed that they let their little favorite customers jump in front of you and they sit and talk about you in Spanish. They do not put any type of setting lotion on your hair when they do a roller set. This is the worst roller set I have ever seen done. The owner is very rude and unprofessional and needs training in hospitality and customer relations. Horrible experience!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! I havent relaxed my hair in over 8 months and after getting a blowout its like I have a fresh relaxer! Belkis was my stylist and she was AWESOME!!! I also got my daughters hair done and they both are all natural and the stylist that did their hair also did a great job! Thanks B&Y!!!

I love this salon.. it took me a long time to find one comparable to the ones in NY. Ive been going to them for the last 4 years. When I first started with them my hair was chin length it now reaches the middle of my back. I am completely natural no relaxer and my color always comes out perfect.

Did a great job relaxing my hair and a good conditioner afterwards. Best price Ive seen in years but Im used to Raleigh-Durham. They only have scissors so if you need clippers, you probably need to try another salon. But they are definitely my first choice for relaxer.

I went today to get a blow out and the lady cuts literally 5 inches off my hair. All I asked her to do is cut my split ends. I wouldnt recommend no one to this location too long of a wait plus they do not understand instructions

Love this place. They can get very busy on the weekends so your wait time may be long but its well worth the wait. And I highly recommend Lilly, she is the shampoo girl and she is awesome.

They had no hot water!!!! My whole wash was done in ice cold water, the wait was long and excruciating, and it was not on a first come first serve basis... Will never EVER go back!!

Great place but it takes a while to get my hair done. It took 4 hours for a blow out. I will continue to go back because the work is awesome and great customer service.

Its a bit below average, they dont really know how to manually do a blow out. They sit you under dryer for hours first. Improvement required.
