Place was horrible she washed. My hair blew out flat iron it started to cut it she ask me did i have glue and in my hair recently I said she still begin to. Cut then she told him to hold on she can back told me. There was to much glue. In my hair to cut it even dodge said she wasnt gonna. Charge me left with a half done. Job meanwhile there was a tad bit glue that. Could of been comed out very horrible place and this was my first time Ever going to a salon and they messed it up had to leave with half done head and a. Hat on

I have been to several Regis Salons, always recieving satisfactory service. Monroeville location should be avoided! I recieved a really bad haircut, and when I complained I was told to come back when the manager was there. Well I work until 5, and she was only available until 3. And when I asked if there was a better time she could accomadate me- I was given a 2 day deadline to come into the location before 3:00 - or they will do nothing. Rude Manager. Not all locations are like this. I suggest anothe location or salon.

I have had my hair done there twice and like the results. My youngest who has thick curly hair loves the place they know how to to do do dealer with her hair. I have also had my granddaughters done there once. Service is excellent walk-ins are welcome. Is is pricey however. Yet it is conveniently located on the top floor of Monroeville Mall.

Pros, they are convenient open everyday, take walk-ins. CONS- Change staff frequently, getting a good cut is hit or miss. They hire lots of young lazy inexperienced staff. Spend the extra money and go somewhere good!

im so upset. i went to get an ombré done and it literally looks like they dunked my hair in yellow paint. it looks so awful for $118. they did about $12 worth of work. i will never ever go back here.
