I tried to make appointments with this salon for over a year. THREE times they called me to cancel my appointments for not just myself but my mother and daughter who had been booked weeks before. When I asked them to explain why they constantly canceled me and no one else the woman on the phone interrupted me constantly and was quite rude. Yes, their work is good and they are the only salon in the PI area that has chair small enough for a young child... But I believe their "quality" makes them feel like they have a license to treat their customers poorly. Would NOT recommend!
