Elizabeth who does my pedicure and manicure is beyond wonderful. She is meticulous, skilled and very attractive friendly and warm personality. I will be going to no other beautician for my pedi or mani. The entire salon is immaculate, practise excellent sanitary standards, nice decor, comfortable styling chairs and the technicians are all unfailingly friendly and warm. From the moment I walked into the salon on Delaware shortly after it opened, out of curiosity, I felt so very welcome and right at home. I would recommend Chez Ann City Salon to absolutely EVERYONE. who is looking for a professional perfect pedicure and manicure, as well as facials and other beauty treatments along with up to date professional hair styling using the finest products. Try Chez Ann City Salon and Spa and I promise you will not be disappointed., P.S. Prices are also within reach including an express very nice pedicuare for around $33.

I am disgusted with the lack of care and response Chez Ann has had in dealing with my recent visit. On 4/29 I went to the salon as part of a bridal party for a manicure and pedicure. While the service seemed excellent at the time, neither the manicure nor pedicure lasted to the rehearsal dinner that evening--even with flip flops on for 3.5+ hours and a gel polish. The brides pedicure was the same and her MOH, who requested French tips, woke up with grey tips instead of white. I described all this in a lengthy email via the salons "contact us" form on their site on 5/2 as this appeared to be the preferred form of contact. As of 5/11 there has been no response. As a luxury salon with, what I assumed was a well deserved reputation, I expect much better. I would greatly appreciate contact from the salon owner or a manager regarding this issue immediately.

Mandi at Williamsville is AMAZING!!!! You must must must go see her! Her techniques for cut and color are absolutely flawless. I have long but very fine hair and it is unreal how she is able to give me layers that make it look and feel like I have twice as much hair! Her skill at making highlights look so natural is fantastic, and the best part is that she does them in a way that I dont end up with roots where I have to rush back to the salon right away. As a new mom, that is something that is very important. Mandi is a rock star at what she does!

I brought a picture of Katy Perry...longer shoulder length hair. I told her I want length and to be able to put it in a ponytail. She gave me a bob haircut and said see you can put it in a pony tail. My hair barely pulled back enough and it was a short nub of hair in the pony tail. My bangs were cut backwards...long to short the wrong way that I wear my bangs. I hate when they do their own thing...razored it to hell.

You MUST go! & see Elizabeth Connors! This salon has a very friendly, clean & fun environment. My hair was in dire need of attention. Elizabeth had a ton of recommendations & we discussed what would ultimately work best for me (new mom = low maintenance). I could not be happier with my cut & color (balayage) - what a difference! I could not recommend a better stylist!

Chez Ann is fabulous! Erin and James do incredible work! I have very long massive, coarse, wavy hair. Erin has repeatedly worked her magic to give me a wonderful easy to manage hairstyle that compliments my hair and the climate. I too will travel whatever the distance to have Erin style my hair. I live 500 miles from Buffalo, but I come back to get my hair cut and colored by Maggie at Chez Ann in the City. She gives a razor cut that looks great for a couple of months and it is well worth every penny. James also gives a good cut. They dont spend a lot of time obnoxiously pushing the B & B products, but they are great. A++

Great location with parking!!!! Lisa was super accommodating with a last minute phone call for an unscheduled pedi AND the pedi from Heather was perfect! Top-of-the-line atmosphere. What a find - and did I mention the parking?!?! Ill definitely be back.
