I am writing this review in regards to Laura. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and have always been satisfied with the way she did my hair. About 2 months ago I had an emergency surgery that required me to be in the hospital and rehab for over a month and could not wash my hair. Before I got released I called Her on April 22 to let her know I will be out and if she can schedule me anytime that next week. She said her schedule was too booked. After I begged her and told her anytime during the week she said she will see if there was anyway she could fit me in and would get back to me. I am very disappointed that until today I have not received a call back. Its disappointing to know that i had my loyalty to her but she doesnt have her loyalty to her customers. Being a loyal customer and having a major surgery I thought she would definitely figure out a way to squeeze me in her schedule during the week.

This cute and comfortable salon reaches out and pulls you right in with its gorgeous, luxy decor, and the quality of the work is fantastic! All the stylists are capable of meeting your needs, and Laura herself is the first person you see when you walk in the door. She and her entire staff make an effort to make you feel right at home and go above and beyond to offer you an entire menu of salon services that are up to date, on trend, and reasonably priced. I would send any bride here, as well as anyone who needed special occasion hair, color, or a fresh new cut. Try these talented professionals today!

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We had an appointment at 1 p.m. and finally decided to leave at 1:45 because we were not greeted at all. No one said anything to us and we had to ask what was going on. Laura did not seem to care that we had to wait so long and we never even talked to Heather at all who our appointment was with. Not very happy with the service and professionalism we received. Would not recommend this place anyone not sure how they receive 4.9 out of 5 stars.

I have been going to Sarah Marlow for nearly ten years and I followed her from her last salon to Laura & Co. Sarah is just AMAZING. She does great work and is very professional and sweet. She takes her time to make sure that you understand what you are asking for so that she gives you the best result possible for your lifestyle. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah Marlow. Whether you want something simple and professional or wild and crazy, she can do it.

Just received my first haircut here, from Carley!! She was absolutley wonderful!! I have finally found the hair salon that I will continue going to! This place is absolutely wonderful!! Never been so satisfied with a haircut experience! If you are interested in getting a haircut with Carley or one of their other awesome stylist I would recommend booking a few weeks in advance but this place is definitely worth it!!!

Her service has been nothing but impeccable over the years and I would recommend not only her but any one of the ladies in her salon as they have all had their hands in my mane!
