After numerous disappointments I can no longer recommend this salon. Most recently, I had a very lopsided choppy haircut with a hair color applied that I specifically and clearly stated that I did not want. To remove the depressing ash hair color, a bleach cap was recommended by Sandy, the owner, that removed the luster to my previously shiny silky hair. Now my hair is dull, coarse and breaking all over. I need single processing with highlights so this is a terrible battle for me and my color specialist. Its going to take years to regain my healthy hair. When I look in the mirror I am so angry that Sandy assured me that the bleach cap wouldnt damage my hair when she should have simply recommended highlights or let the ash color fade out.

I waited 45 min with a wet head at the sink before I got up and walked out. No one ever said a word. It was awful. The staff was even talking about wanting to use crack...in a joking mannor but very unprofessional.

Sandy and the staff are great! Very welcoming and full of knowledge and talent. If you have curly hair, Sandy is a pro and can give you a great cut that works for your hair.
