I own an online casket company that sells to individuals across the United States. Sometimes we run into Funeral Homes/Mortuaries who do not respect this option of a family providing their own casket and actually create hardship and frustrations for them. I had the exact opposite experience with Al from Lambeth-Troxler. We had damages done to the casket that we shipped and he bent over backwards to help the family get a casket close to what we had shipped and even sent me pictures to help me submit the damage claim to Delta Cargo. This is a Funeral Home who remembers that this is a compassionate service and does not put greed before care. I will and would refer everyone I can to this fine company.
