HORRIBLE SERVICE. Unfortunatley my insurance company chose them to respond to me for Road Side Assistance. They continuously lied over and over again about the time they were arriving and when the driver was on the way. After 2 and a half hours of waiting they came up with some bogus lie that they had to stop all their tow trucks which is why it was taking so long. They then went on to say it would be another 40 minutes. After waiting over 3 hours stranded on the side of the highway in the middle of a country area IN THE HEAT, the driver finally arrived. When he arrived I found out from conversation with him that the whole "stopping the tow trucks" thing was a LIE like I knew it was.Of course he didnt flat out say it was a lie like I knew it was but I summed it up from asking him questions about what was going on. They basically did not care. The driver even drove by me earlier while working another job. I personally talked to the lady in charge on the phone in the midst of this FOOLISHNESS and I could tell she was lying. She had a very disgusting "I dont care" attitude. This is the WORST company I have EVER come in contact with for towing service. If I could give them -10 stars I would. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY.

All I can say is wow. I have done business over the years with these guys and was always pleased. A couple of days ago I went to their office to get an estimate. There was a meeting being held in an office to my left with what appeared to be the office staff. The front counter person ask me to wait 10 minutes or so for the meeting to end. After 25 minutes of hearing whoever was having the meeting berate both his staff and clients I felt my time was being wasted so I left. Being the owner of a small service based business myself I thought maybe I was being too impatient so Today I went back again. Mind you all of these visits from me were during normal business hours. I was told that the person I was needing to speak to Today was too busy with Estimates and I was turned away. So Regional this is one estimate you dont get to do and if I were you guys I would always put your clients need before your meetings and office work.

I wish I could give a zero star rating. This company provides horrid customer service. It falls back onto the manager, Rick, who puts the blame on his employees. As a manager myself, I understand the importance of developing a business based on customer satisfaction. I have taken my car to Regional on three separate occasions for the same issue. They cant get it right. They fired the SOLE, worthwhile employee they had because Rick is too much of an incompetent manager to accept responsibility. Ive filed a complaint with Allstate. Do NOT go here. Ever.

High expectations wont be met here. In fact, they wont even measure up to mediocre. They obviously dont understand what customer service means and cant manage to make a simple repair without inconveniencing the customer and causing her multiple trips to the shop. Never an apology, only excuses. Quality repair? Hardly. Find another repair shop if you want it to be done right.

Thanks to those who wrote in and gave their reviews. Because of what I read I will not be letting this company fix my car, only give an estimate. I was hit by a Geico customer so Regional Auto is where I must go for that. I have no experience with them but had to submit a score for this to be published and I chose poor to fair based on the reviews.

Will NOT ever go back and I will make sure to let everyone I know about the TERRIBLE service. I took my car here after an accident and picked it up when it was fixed. I ended up going back 3 times because of the issues that kept popping up. Service is terrible, and the people are rude. Save your money and time by going somewhere else.

I have had two separate experiences with this place and both of them were bad repairs. I cannot go into detail as I am currently working with my insurance company to hopefully fix the issue. Will not ever do business with again and highly recommend people to go find someone else to fix your car.

Just picked my car up from having the bumper fixed...GREAT customer service, the bumper looks GREAT and I especially liked the extra touch of my car being freshly washed - including the tires! This was my second experience with Regional and I am extremely happy! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely Terrible! !! Sent a tech out to replace my window, the window wasnt centered, the correct pieces werent used, the tech tried to tape the sides down and they still wouldnt lay down. Tech said my car was damaged. .no! Called management, just as bad!!

Absolutely satisfied with Regional. The repair looked flawless, they completed the work sooner than expected. They worked hard to get me the best price possible. Office staff was very professional. Car was returned much cleaner than when I dropped it off.

had our 2010 ford flex fixed here when my wife got stuck in the ice a few years back they got everything fixed just like it was prior to the damage, they worked with usaa to get the repairs done.

They were really nice and did an awesome job on fixing my car. I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt that was damaged in an accident and now it looks like new!! Really great service!
