I took my truck in to get a dent popped out of the passenger door. 3 days and $600 later, my truck was delivered on time as promised. Walking around my truck, I noticed things were wrong. They did not have the correct pin stripe in stock. So instead, they re-pin stripped 1/3 of my truck from my passenger rear door to my front passenger fender. Not only did they put a thicker pin stripe on a 1/3 of my truck, but they also cut into my black truck to cut off the excess stripe. Now I had white scratch marks all down my passenger side. I also had them remove the dealership badge off the back of my truck. The clear coat was all scratched up and no attempt was made to fix it. After pointing this out, they took my truck back and had to repaint my door TWO more times because they have no idea what they are doing. The buffed through my clear coat on the 2nd paint job and it required to be painted again. I was eventually stuck in a rental car that was "supposedly" covered by them. However, I was playing $20/day to insure this rental car and that was NOT paid back to me by Charleston Collision. Every time I called, I would get a different person with a different story of what was going on with my truck. I used the Charleston Collision on Redbank Road in Goose Creek. The manager there would never come talk to me about the dissatisfaction or poor work done. He would always send someone else to talk to me before facing the poor work his company does. I highly recommend that you do NOT use this place unless you want poor work and a poor business experience!!

I was recently referred to Caliber Collision when I was in an accident and I am so glad I took the advice. I dont think Ive ever been anywhere that compares to the level of customer service I received at Caliber Collision. The first time I called, I explained my car situation to Katie and she went out of her way to help me get my car towed to them quickly so that I wasnt racking up storage fees at the tow center, something I hadnt even thought of. Then, when they found out that my insurance company wasnt paying for my rental car, Samantha genuinely sympathized and made sure my car was fixed quickly. Working with Samantha made the whole ordeal stress free and actually enjoyable considering the circumstances. Through the whole process she made sure to keep me updated, she even called my adjuster and coordinated with my insurance company for me to make sure that they were giving me the assistance I needed. She even stayed two hours late on a Friday night just so that I could get my car before the weekend. This isnt my first accident but I have never been to a shop where I felt like the people really cared about me. The repairs were well done as well, I have not had any issues since getting the car back and it looks great! I cannot thank Caliber Collision enough for their help through this whole process. If anyone reads this, take it from me, go to the Caliber Collision in West Ashley, you will not be disappointed! They are genuinely kind, honest, hard working people that you can trust with your car.

So youre driving on the interstate at 11pm and its dark out. You are in a curved section of the Interstate. As you proceed through the curve, there is an obstacle in the road that apprears to be 2 metal lawn chairs. Now you can avoid the obstacle by hitting the two cars in the two lanes beside you, you can slam on breaks and the car tailing you could hit you or you can sadly run it over resulting in your bumper being torn, headlight out of place, huge hole in your drivers side tire, and last but not lease stratches along the side of your beautiful vehicle. How ever the turnout if your car is salvageable and need cosmetic repair, i highly, highly recommend you at the very least consider this Caliber Collision on Sam Rittenburg. Robert, Tyler, & Anthony did an amazing job with my vehicle had it done a day early and the customer service was just like talking to some friends on a professional level. I can not, I repeat can not tell that there was anything ever wrong. I was equally if not more excited than the day I bought the car!!! I dont mean to be dramatic but trust me if you were in my shoes you would be as dramatic as I was and still am. I would definently return should i, fingers crossed hopefully not, need to! Also Cindy I hope Im saying the correct name the receptionist amazing lady, remembered every guest by name I love that type of service! Happy Birthday by the way hun and I hope you enjoy yourself this weekend. Thanks again guys and gal!!!

I had a car worked on after an accident about 3 years ago when they were still Coastal Collision and my experience was fantastic. Wonderful service, great repair work, helped me immensely with dealing with the insurance dealings. However, twice in the past year Ive tried to come in to get a quote or call to make an appointment and have my car looked at (once after a little scuff, this time after an accident thats left my car undrivable after a recent accident) and found the staff had done a 180 with customer service. Flat out refusing to provide an estimate both times and saying they wouldnt be able to help me at all because they were booked up for weeks. I had originally assumed they just didnt want to bother with my tiny little scratches, but the second time there is likely thousands of dollars worth of work that needs to be done. I dont know what the other reviewers did to get prompt service, but Im very disappointed with how they seem to have gone downhill since becoming a chain. I only gave 2 starts because I their quality of work was top notch back then, and I have no experience to say otherwise now.

Best Place Ever! I was involved in a hit an run and the insurance company sent me to Charleston Collision for the appraisal. The service was so good and the staff was so friendly that I decided to leave the car with them for the whole repair. I have a 2001 Inca Pearl Honda Civic a very difficult color to match, I took 2 "before" pictures and left the car pretty sure that I was going to pick a 2 tone car. Imagine my surprise when I look at the finished job, I even compared the after picture with the one I was given when I took the car from the dealership years ago and it actually looked better. They are top of the line in the whole sense of the word, when I was there I saw people dropping all kind of cars from economy to luxury and no one looked intimidated at any job. I couldnt be happier with their service and expertise, my respects to the Artist that did my car!

My vehicle was repaired professionally and promptly by Caliber, after another driver ran a red light and smashed my car. Everyone at Caliber (from the manager, John, to the staff and technicians) were awesome and polite, giving straight answers to any questions I had. My standards are high, my vehicle is very important to me as I drive 10,000 miles/month. Caliber exceeded my high expectations! John and his staff went the extra mile to expedite the best repairs to my vehicle, it seems like a new car again. I came to Caliber because my insurance company considered them the best in the area. Ill come back to Caliber for any future repairs or body work because they ARE the best! In a time when many companies offer minimal quality and less than perfect workmanship, Caliber stands out with their high level of service and quality. Im a customer for life.
