BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN. Ragu (the owner) completely saved me and my car in a matter of one day. For the past month I have been having car trouble at a different mechanic across town, and it seemed like not only was my car not getting fixed but it was getting worse. So I got a referral to Henderson County Automotive and called Ragu at 9:30 AM in desperate need of a repair, he told me to come right in. Even though I did not have an appointment and my car was going to take all day he promised to take care of me. He got the full warranty repair back on my car so it cost me $0 and he bought me lunch and let me use his wifi while I waited in the office. I also got to see how he treated the rest of his clients while I sat in the office all day, and every person that came in seemed like family. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in town.

After experiencing several disappointments from another shop, I decided to research and look for another garage. I was impressed with the reviews here and drove past HCA to see many cars in the lot. I made an appointment on the Web site and had my husband call this morning. He was amazed that they told him to come on over. My hubby is a talker but he told me he met his match. He added they were all very nice and knowledgeable, were American and spoke clear English. They took the time to diagnose and show him defected parts and what was needed. Despite the work my car received today, we will need to come back. They provided us with a clear Quote. Hubby and I are very HAPPY!! Thanks HCA!

I am sad and very disappointed when I found out today that my husband and I were ripped off by a previous shop a little over 3 years ago. When we took our vehicle to HCA today the mechanics found that the front and rear struts (over $400) a $200 Solenoid Valve, and 6 spark plugs ($65) Total bill was 1,209.93! We should have known one cant get quality auto repair from a tire store. Thankfully I wasnt killed due to faulty work. HCA mechanics showed my husband everything and I think gave him a lesson on how everything works. My work vehicle is back on the road for a fair and far less payment than before. We are very happy with our NEW Auto Maintenance Experts!

We were passing thru the area on the highway and blew a hole in our radiator on Friday night at 5:00. Our tow truck driver recommended coming here and called ahead to make sure they could wait for us! We are so glad he did! Very friendly and patient with all of our questions! Excellent service with no complaints or up charge for being so late on a Friday night. The owner said he would want someone to do it for his family traveling, so he is always sure to do the same! Awesome service! By 8:00 we were back on the road! Can not say enough about them! Hendersonville has a real gem here!

I have been dealing with this shop for over a year. I ended up taking my car to a different shop I paid a lot of money to get my car fixed and it still wasnt fixed. I called henderson county auto and the owner said bring it let me look at it. He found the issue no problems. They are #1 for sure I never have the Hassle of not getting a call back or anything they are friendly and very professional do not go anywhere else take your vehicle anywhere else. The owner is awesome best people around!

A family run business that treats the customer like family! They not only take time to listen to your automotive (or motorcycle!) needs or problems, they take time to get to know you as a person. HCA mechanics discuss the work they performed and their prices are very, very good. I was very impressed with all aspects of their business. I had a great service experience at Henderson County Automotive yesterday. I needed a few things done at, more or less, the last minute before going out of town. I received fast and timely service from a very courteous staff. This visit met with the same level of satisfaction that I had experienced on my previous visits. While traveling home from vacation I ran through the remains of a wreck on I26 and picked up something in my tire. Expecting everything to be closed I looked for an auto parts store to pick up a plug kit to get home. I drove by and found this place with the owner standing out front getting ready to lock up. He was nice enough to stay over and repair my tire to get me and my family back on the road.

So far they have had my Subaru Impreza WRX since October of last year for an engine repair/swap (made us buy an engine, and now they are fixing my old one)? If anyone at the company actually reads this I will be there in the next few weeks with my lawyer in hand. Todays date is July 27th, and I have paid auto insurance for 9 months on a vehicle that I am not even sure is still on their lot.

I was at my whits end on a brake job i was doing had a brake line busted even though they were very busy and almost closing they took time to help me at a price that was so affordable i cant say enough about this business i would recommend them to anyone if your vehicle needs work do yourself a favor and bring it here

As a quarterback in this region, I didnt have a mechanic until now. Had a noisy brake issue the gentlemen fixed while respecting my frugality. Be prepared for a bit of eccentric humor while waiting. Also got some advice on my hobby car problem. No problem recommending this shop.
