I would never go to any other mechanic in Tampa! Kamal, the manager, consistently goes out of his way to ensure I have the best possible experience, whether Im getting an oil change or more serious repairs. He takes me seriously and gives me fair, honest pricing while ensuring I know what Im paying for, even though I dont know much of anything about cars. And the service really is speedy! My best example of the excellent service here: I first got my brake pads replaced last summer at Speedy Lube, but when my car began making a strange squeaking noise more than 6 months later, Kamal drove the car with me for more than 15 minutes to try to hear the noise before checking the undercarriage and reassuring me that it was safe. When the noise didnt go away I returned and a mechanic did a thorough inspection. Remembering that they had replaced my brake pads previously, Kamal replaced my brake pads again for free! Another time I once came by for an oil change before work. They were busier than expected, so I had to leave to go to work before the service could be provided. When I came back the next day, Kamal gave me a discount and performed the oil change in record time! Kamal remembers me every time I call or visit, asks me about work, and even remembered the name of my car once. He and the mechanics in the shop really care about the quality of their service and make their customers feel welcome. For as long as I live in Tampa I will never use any other shop. I went in to get my brake pads replaced as well as my oil. I chose the "Complete Oil Change" option and they did a remarkable job. Every resovoir was filled to the absolute max; all done in about fifteen minutes. When it came time to replace my brakes, they took my tires off and they described exactly what I needed to get my brakes done right. Before I went to Quick Lube, I passed by a few other auto shops to get a quote. The lowest quote I recieved was $264.00. Quick Lube charged me only $69.00 in exchange for the brake pads I really needed. No gimmicks, no games. I left with a smile on my face =). Its been four months and my brakes are still working like new!

Total rip-off. Ive been going there for a while and getting the second option where they are to check and refill fluids and 14 other things. For the past two times I went, the first time they just changed the oil and nothing else. The most recent time I watched to make sure that they would do everything for the second option. I can say that if I wasnt looking, they would not have done anything, and I can also say that they probably have been doing this to me and others for a while as well. They only filled the radiator fluid and changed the oil and nothing else on the 14 point list. Basically, RIP-OFF

Kamal & His Crew Were Very Professional And Efficient Took My Car To Get An Oil Change And A Alignment Only To Find Out I Has A Whole In A Tire Another Tire tearing from The Inside and My Steering Wheel kept Making A Knocking Noise I Just didnt Pay Any Attention To It Until Kamal Explain And Educated Me On How This Needed And Agreed Ro Even Make Ir As Affordable As Possible As I Drive A 2012 Hyundai Sonata Something Like This Could Cost Me Thousands more so thank u kamal from my family ! Highly recommend Pick Up my Car Within 2.5 hours.

You guys did a tune up for $300 a year later engine was running bad. My mechanic diagnosed plug not firing. When removing to replace them discovered an original spark plug that was never changed... Thanks a lot you owe me $200 for getting another tune up that shouldnt have been necessary.

Super shady and they have no clue what theyre doing. Tried to sell me a tire with two plugs in it already and cover up another hole in it without me seeing. Ended up spending almost an hour there wasting my time going back and forth with them. Will not return or recommend to anyone
