Its not often I use the phrase "customer EXCELLENCE", but Zach and team delivered exactly that - plus some. I spent a few hours calling around today, listening to all kinds of salesmen throw confusing numbers, add-ons, all designed to confuse people. Sure - the tire quotes were low, but once you got done adding up all the so-called "extras", I got prices from the mid 600s to the low 800s... Not with Zach. $575 out the door, including alignment, lifetime balance + rotation. No flim-flam, no number fing, just straight talk. Easy decision. Zach earned the business - by being REAL!! Thanks Olin Mott and Thanks Zach!!

took truck there to fix coolant hose.....told no quote because they were too busy even though not one car was in the shop area, so i had tow truck drop it there anyway...A grand later i was told to come pick up truck ...truck ran terrible....they left a spark plug wire loose and the intake manifold runner was left unplugged...clutch fan had to be replaced was the reason hose blew...seems to me they should of caught that after how much money i spent....also told i was going to need to spend $1000 more to replace other hose soon..which i did myself in 5 minutes and $20...5 star review because i dont want it erased

Ive been coming to Olin Motts garage since the 1990s, long enough for the employees to tell me several times that my car is getting too expensive to repair and it would be in my best interest to sell it. And on one occasion theyve even said "Theres nothing wrong with the darn thing. Bring it back when theres something to fix. No charge." Human beings dont get more honest than that, to say nothing of the usual reputation of a mechanic. Mr. Mott would accept nothing less, and thats why Im happy to come here even if the news is sometimes painful. I know that its the honest truth, every time.

The mechanic Juan is a top-notch technician, and the manager Kevin will give you EXTREMELY competable pricing with out the door prices. Without the hassle of unexpected add-ons. I got the best price for my tires and John and Rudy the tire technicians solved my minor vibration with the on the car balancing service they provide. This is the best shop I have been to and will not have my vehicle serviced anywhere else!!!

After suffering through years of the national chain auto service centers, someone recommended Olin Mott. Over the past year weve had our cars in on three occasions, each visit a pleasure. Horrible they were suppose to be done with my car at 12 or knew what was going on nobody called my car was there 9 am to 4pm and they told me there was nothing they could do and I can come get the car I waited all day for nothing told me to take it to the dealership I took it to another mechanic shop was there 30 mins and it was fixed

Every time I come here, not only am I treated with the up most respect from a customer service stand point, but so is my car. The techs are fast, and great. All of the staff here is great to work with from my experience. Only place I will bring my wheels to, because they wont damage them and take their time.
