You shouldnt advertise that you stay open til 4PM on SATURDAYS. I arrived @ 3pm to get an oil change on my Toyota van, once I got off work. RICH told me they didnt have time to do an oil change today. Hmmm..it was 3pm...they close at 4pm. It does not take an hour to do an oil change on a Toyota Sienna Van. Funny thing is...nobody was doing anything when I drove up. There were zero vehicles in the garage. Workers standing around talking amongst themselves. I asked RICH if I needed to make an appointment? He said they were no longer allowed to take appointments. I asked him when is the best time to come in then? He said 8am..but not on Mondays. If you come in @ 8am..theyll get you in right away. Lol...no they dont. Its FIRST COME FIRST SERVE when you tell people to come in @ 8am. Ive been using Meineke for two years in South Carolina & Florida with NO TROUBLE. Ive had oil changes done on Saturdays...30 min before closing time. Ive had appointments made for repair & maintenance services which was recommended. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TURNED AWAY by Meineke, until now. Meineke did my oil change last time on my van down in South Carolina & it took them only 25 mins. NEVER...NEVER AGAIN..will I stop, nor recommend this location in Flat Rock/Hendersonville NC. Highly disappointed...left a bad taste in my mouth. Ive chosen Meineke over everyone else because theyve done great work & the staff is very nice. As a Meineke Rewards Member of 2 years...I give this location an "F" for Absolute Failure!!! F*** YOU LAZY BASTARDS!!

Went there around 2pm for an oil change and they said they were short staffed so wouldnt have time for me that day but to come back the next day. I ask if they take appointments and they say no its first come first serve, even though it says they do appointments on the website. I go back the next day before 9am and they say itll be a bit of a wait. I say fine but then they come back a minute later to see if I can come back some other day that they just dont have time for me. Just ridiculous how they dismiss a paying customer. They need to set up appointments if they are so overwhelmed and short staffed. Will never try to go here again.

Called at 12pm to see if appointment for oil change was needed, was told no but they were tied up for a few hours. Took my car there at 2:30, was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Came back at 4:50 was told they werent taking anymore work for the day, but they closed at 6pm. Two guys looking at a truck, one doing nothing. One star is unfortunately the lowest rating possible.

The serpentine tensioner broke on our car on the way to Atlanta and we were able to drive it, without power steering, to the shop on a Saturday. Within 2 hours they had located a new tensioner and serpentine belt and completed the repair and we were on our way. Great job and very courteous personnel.

They did a free brake and told me were good. 2 weeks later went to a mechanic who showed me my rotor were completely worn down and that one of my brakes had a corrupt hose and i could have lost them completely.

My one day off and they got me on right away. The staff was professional and the service was quick. I got my brakes done and oil changed in about 45 min. Ill be going there again in the future.
