Wasted my life here for a basic oil change. Had one person in front of me and it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. Lady and her husband were waiting hours for two tire change and wipers and when she asked what the hold up was they asked her if they had her car...... I normally get my oil changed at the Sun City location but was in the area. Last time for me. I got things to do when I get out of work and waiting two hours for an oil change isnt one of them.

Guys are friendly service was good but the lady checking in cars is extremely slow. 25 minute wait just to get 2 cars in the the bay. Everytime you call its please hold. I see six people three standing inside you think someone else could grab a scanner an get cars checked in to get service moving.

Worst service ever. They told me my car would be ready in an 1hr and 15 minutes. So I shopped and took my time and checked back after an hour and a half. It was still not ready, they kept saying that it was almost done. 2 and a half hour laters it was finally done.

Use the Sun City Center location. They actually know how to balance tires at that location. Tried twice at gibsonton, they got it right the first time at the sun city location. Save time and go there for tire work.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! 3.5 HOURS FOR 1 SIMPLE TIRE CHANGE. THEY SHOWED NO REMORSE AND HONESTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
