I got an alignment and new tires put on 3 months ago today at this place and my car is in need of an alignment bad. So I showed the manager (Ed) the receipt and an hour later he told me that my 2 front tires were completely bald and that is why my car needed an alignment. (Which seems impossible considering they are the ones that mounted my brand new tires & did a full alignment & then charged me extra because of them not being "stock" wheels) So when I showed him the receipt I noticed he didnt give me the chart indicating what was done to each tire in the alignment. I asked him about it and he said sorry we dont print that for customers so I said can I at least see it on the computer so I have the proof they did the alignment & he told me no. SO after that I told him to show me where my tires were bald and were there is "tire separation", mind you I dont know a lot about wheels but he showed me the tires and they were completely fine. They are Good Year Eagle tires and did not look bald at all...not even a little bit! I asked him to either do another alignment or give me a refund and he got nasty with me and refused. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I haven’t met mechanics I trust so much. I love the customer service from Tommy and quality of work from each mechanic. Everyone is so professional and friendly. I also appreciate the use of their courtesy shuttle so I don’t have wait around for my vehicle. I second that their prices are reasonable. The reason I am writing this review is because they recently saved me money by telling me what repairs I needed but knew how costly it could become. Even though the work was needed more costly work needed to be done that I needed to determine if I would keep the vehicle or not. They held off doing the work until I made that decision. I ended up getting rid vehicle based on their advice and found something more reliable. I appreciate their honesty and them warning me so I didn’t waste money on repairs to vehicle I would soon need to get rid of. Thanks you guys are the best!

Great folks! Ive used them a few times over the years. Never a problem. Did a timing belt/h20 pump on one car never a problem for 80k more miles. Had an ac hose burst, they fixed just what needed fixing. Just got a full set of 20" tires for my truck there, was only just a bit more than sams club, and other discount tire places, however im glad i didnt do those this time!, i saved time and money in the end! Didnt have to run anywhere else for alignment check and Carriage honestly checked my alignment (didnt need it!), reset my tpsms and test drove to check the new tires and sensor reset. Will use them again!

Class act all the way. I have taken my car here for miscellaneous reasons over the past few years. They are always attentive to my needs and very fair. On my last visit there, it was past closing time and I was just hoping I could get an explanation on a small problem I was having with the valve of one of my tires. They listened to my problem and offered to take a quick look at, fixed it and had me on my way in 10 minutes. This kind of service is hard to find in todays world. I definitely recommend bringing your car to them for all of your needs.

I took my car to get the oil changed and the mechanic got the key stuck in the ignition. They told me they tried to get it out but was unsuccessful. They then told me they could send me somewhere else because they couldnt do it because they didnt have the time. I forgot to mention when I walked in the door there were two mechanics just sitting there doing nothing. I came home and sprayed some wd-40 into the ignition and got it out. What great mechanics. They suck and have horrible customer service.

The guys here are so great and so trustworthy! We had a car that was fairly new but had so many problems after the warranty ended and they were so great at helping us decide which repairs were essential and which ones could wait. They were so much more reasonably priced then the dealer and their repairs held up even when the dealers repairs did not. Even after purchasing our new vehicle we will continue to get our oil changes and maintenance done here - this place is a rare find now a days!

I Finally found a trustworthy place that will take great care of my jeep! Reasonably priced, great professional service. Turns out they have a jeep knowledge mechanic on the job. He diagnosed my problems quickly and had it fixed that day. They even went out of their way to give me a ride to and from the shop....Now that is service! I will definitely be doing my routine maintenance here from now on as well as any other issues that crop up on the jeep. So happy I found this place!

Visiting from out of town our car started having issues starting up right before heading home. So we called to see if they could fit us in same day, and they did regardless of their extremely busy scedule. Customer service was above and beyond helpful and friendly from the lady running the front desk! As well as we didnt have to even wait to get it fixed, they did it on spot and had the replacement battery to change it out! awesome place!!!

Horrible place to deal with, after you get your service done and pay extra for their service they refuse to help when an issue arises with an alignment they did. Not professional at all and definitely not courteous. Very unprofessional over the phone. Beware! They dont know what they are doing and claim no responsibility afterwards and refuse to help. Only want more of your money. Stick to the big name shops and save yourself the headache.

Their prices are reasonable and insure that evrything is done correctly and in a timely manor. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for mechanics you can trust.

Fantastic service! Installed tie rod ends that I purchased and aligned my vehicle in very little time. Mechanics are well mannered and polite. Firestone was going to charge $370 for an alignment and $82 for two tie rod ends. Needless to say, this fine crew assembled my vehicle with less than half of the expense!
