I have a nail in my tire and barely had any air left when I called tuffy on big bend, I explained the situation, I asked if they had time to patch it that day and they said "yes." I asked if I needed an appointment and they said "no just bring it by and we will knock it out" so I told them I would be there in one hour, they said "that will work." One hour later I get there right on time, waited at the counter for 10 minutes with no one there to assist, when the guy finally came to see what I wanted, he informed me that they were closing in 1.5 hours and that there were several people ahead of me so Id have to come back another day....then he was nice enough to have one of his guys put some air in my tire to help me until I could get back to their shop another day, the guy putting air in my tire refused to even look at the nail in the very tire he was putting air in, he said "they are too busy and youll have to make an appointment if you want someone to give you their opinion on it..."what an experience

I have a Pontiac Solstice that has an air bag issue. I originally thought that only a dealer could handle this but I called Tuffy and they said they can help. Excitedly I dropped my car off but found out the next day they couldnt fix my specific issue and I would have to go to a dealer after all. This put me into a bit of a panic because I thought were going to charge me for service they could not provide, but instead they just billed me for my an inspection. I was so relieved since I still have to go to a dealer- which is usually $$$! I would definitely return to this shop for my since the staff treated me fairly and honestly.

I have brought several of my cars here in the past year or two. If you need an oil change and your tires filled with air this is the place for you. Anything else your gambling with your money. Anything that was not an oil change I have either had to go back for more work, or the most recent time take my car to the dealership to get fixed. They failed to reassemble parts removed from changing an alternator On my 4 runner (2nd alternator in 15 months from them). I went back when service engine lights came back on and was told it was my emission system. It was a failure to reconnect hoses to engine.

I have been coming to this location for more than 4 years. My family and I like this place because they are always honest. Everyone is always concerned about being taken advantage of by mechanics, but with them they take the time to show you whats wrong and causing the issue, which I like! I do recommend them and have recommended them to all my friends and family. Reasonable price for all fixes and yes they may take a bit long with some fixes, but I dont mind waiting for a job done right.

Terrible experience. They stole my battery one time. Made me look like a fool up at advanced auto until i realize they stole that battery i bought and replaced it with a old one. All other times they dont even know what the problems are in the the car. Always an excuse or delay to why the car needs work. I know enough about working on cars to know when i am being played. The best bet is to not get mad. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. These guys are dishonest mechanics.

We were headed to Orlando on our family vacation and had a blow out on I-75. We quickly pulled off and stopped into Tuffys. They did not have our tire in stock to replace quickly so we had to put our spare on ourselves. A couple of the guys came out and helped us do it quickly and safely. We were back on the road in 15 minutes---SAVING THE DAY. All the frowns turned upsidedown as my kids were thrilled to be back on the road headed to Sea World. Great customer service!!!!

The wait was a little long for my alignment, but thats kind of how it is for shops like that. The service advisor wasnt pushy in trying to get me to buy more stuff for my truck. The tech rotated my spare tire (full size regular tire) into use at my request, but didnt take the hubcap off of the worn tire. Had to take the spare back off to swap it, which is annoying.

I just moved to the area. I made an appointment for an oil change. I got there a little early and they were able to get me in quickly. The service was nice. They didnt try and oversell me anything. I waited for my car there and they got it done much quicker than I anticipated. Will definitely be coming back

Stay away from this place. I had an issue with my brakes. They told me it would be $1100 to fix. I called around to other places and found out the parts were $180. They are dishonest and the reason people dont trust mechanics. I should report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Prices seem higher than average here. The staff is friendly. They have an ant problem in the waiting area. I told an employee at a prior visit about the ants but it appears they have done nothing about it. I did have to return to them due to a faulty installation.

8/3. Will not be coming back. Drove all the way here for an oil change a hour before closing time. One car on the line, and they still refused me. Oil change only takes 10 minutes. Tuffy will not be my source for simple car maintenence.

My car was perfectly fine, running smooth and everything until I got an oil change from this place!! What did they do?? I dont know but Ive spent 900 dollars so far to try and fix it and we STILL dont know what the problem is!!
