I have been coming to Tire Mania for over five years. They were never great, but they were close to where I worked and so it was convenient. After today I will never be back. Dropped off my car and was told it would be ready in an hour. Called an hour and a half later and was told they couldnt find my car so they started late. Ended up taking three hours. Asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and was told that I hadnt been inconvenienced and there hadnt been a mistake. I tried to explain they made multiple mistakes, first by not listening to me when I told them where the car was, then by not calling me to tell me they couldnt find it, then by not calling me to tell me it was going to take longer than I was told. When I came to pick up my car, it still wasnt done, and they hadnt checked on the tires like I asked. The owner basically told me that he doesnt care about customers because the business is being sued and everyone just quit. Clearly doesnt care about earning a repeat customers business, and will likely run the place into the ground in short order. I feel sorry for the people that work there. I would make mistakes too if my boss was unstable. Stay away. Just let this place go under. Hopefully it will be replaced by something better.

So a friend referred me. Hesitant bc my hubby and dad are both mechanics we usually do our own work, however family life is busy and we need to hire at this time , spending our free time packing for a family member to move. We first droped of the hubbys jeep, they did a great job. Had them do and oil change, and inspection just to make sure all was good, ac check and repair Im sure there were a few more things bc the pricing was so affordable we were able to do a lot. I then take my truck up there bc service was so good . I get and inspection..my truck is 12 yrs old..wanted to make sure she was good underneath. Found a few leeks, fixes for me,completely affordable. And they never once tried to sell me on new shocks or breaks. Thats what I usually get if I stop in a chain tire place for a quick service. So fast forward 2 months later. Im back again for an oil change. I bring my own oil in for the change. Im picky!! I pick up realize there should be left over oil since I brought 10qts., I call and talk to tech. He says the left over oil in the bed of my truck. This is what Im talking about. I was absent minded, but bc this shop is so honest and employees are honest I dont have to worry about anything..thanks again guys.

I worked for these people. I took my car there for a new tire and was charged way over retail and had to have it replaced somewhere else because they dont honor their repairs. I watched them screw several people and had to keep my mouth shut for fear of retaliation. To this day they still will not pay me for what I am owed and their new staff is dishonest and fake. After my one repair I never went there again, not even for an oil change. Avoid at all costs this place is the worst.

Yesterday, I called Laura and explained that my work truck was stuck in park and wouldnt budge and I couldnt start or move it. Since I was just a little ways from their shop, would they be kind enough to send a mechanic around to look at it. Bottom line, it was a common ailment for my F150 truck and after they received the replacement part they drove to my shop and installed it in a few minutes a few hours later. Thats good service.

I would recommend this company to anyone ...Michelle was great and very informative she answered all my questions and i had alot .. i went in for a long over due oil change and some new tires ..I was treated with the utmost respect and wasnt overcharged my husband was very happy with my decision to take our car there. Laura was truly the saving grace of this shop! Am so very much grateful for her and all her help trying to fix the horrible way this shop handled my vehicle. I brought my car in several times and it was never fixed correctly. The mechanics were clueless and the owner was a garden variety slug trying to suck everything out of the customers and inflate prices.

I was left on the side of the road because a belt broke in my car, the tire mania staff came and picked me up helped me with a tow, got my car back to their shop and helped me very fast. All within a few hours I was in and out of the shop. I highly reccomend tire mania to anyone looking for service

What a great group of people... I have a older model Chevy Tahoe with way too many miles - Javier and the gang have what it takes to make you feel comfortable with knowing your vehicle is taken great care of. Would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Nor my Parents vehicles..

Decent mom and pop style place, average prices but holy smokes they always fit me in for large or small repairs. Theyre conveniently located and dont make me feel like Im getting a load of sales BS. Theyre to the point and thats what I want when I take my car in.

Super grateful for this place today. Its so easy to take advantage of someone in a bind and instead they went above and beyond to help. They worked quickly, kept to their word and even helped salvage the rim I was replacing to keep as a spare.
