I brought my car here and my husbands for our Geico Insurance Inspections. When I called to see what information I needed to bring in for the inspection, Karen, could not have been sweeter or more helpful on the phone. I actually found myself hoping she would be there when I brought our cars in because she was that kind and warm. The inspections went quickly the two days I was there, and Karen of course was just as wonderful in person as she was over the phone. She gave me additional tips on following up with our insurance company to make sure they received everything they needed. Although, I only was at this location for an insurance inspection, I will absolutely be returning for future needs for our cars because of Karen. It was so refreshing being treated so well by someone in customer service and it was truly appreciated! We are fairly new to town and will be looking forward to doing business here in the future.

We are down here just for the winter and we went out to go to church and the car wouldnt start. Monday AAA sent out a technician and he thought it was the starter. A tow was arranged and they took the car and husband to Terrace Auto Repair. They were very friendly and helpful, even giving my husband a ride back to our RV park. It was later in the afternoon that they called and said they were getting a starter in but didnt know if they would get the car done that day. A couple hours later they called and had the car done but werent certain they would be able to get it to us until the next day. Fine by us, we were thrilled to just get it into service so quickly. Around 5:15 they called and someone was on the way to pick up my husband. What service! They were friendly, fast and right on their service quote. If we need service again while we are here it will be only with Terrace Auto. Great service!

Ive called Tampa home for more than 20 years. My husband and I have found what weve been looking for in an automobile repair shop: The entire staff is dedicated to a high level of service and integrity, honest and friendly! Did I mention the low repair rates (they will shop for the best quality and lowest priced parts for you)! This place is a Tampa gem!!!!!! We now have a place to take our car (one of our largest investments) and know its in trusted hands when it needs a little or a lot of TLC to keep running reliable for years to come!!!!!

Terrace Auto Repair Inc has some of the best customer service of any shop i have experienced in the Tampa area. The people are nice and the service is good. If you are looking for a shop with honest people and reasonable rates, then Terrace Auto is the shop to go to. They are not the average shop people who try to charge you for things you do not need. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop for repair!

I brought my car in for my GEICO inspection, they were friendly and got me in and right out.. I was due for a oil change and after shopping around and getting frustrated I remembered terrace auto. Not only did they beat all the quotes for an oil change on my vw passat, the service was fast and the staff is very friendly and very professional.. Go to terrace auto you wont go anywhere else..
