I dont know very much about cars, but every time I go in there Im spoken to as if Im dumb. All I want is a little help in finding what I need, not to be put down because Im unsure of where to find what I need. Four out of 5 times I ask an employee, they are either rude or just seem not to care about the problem or solution. The purpose of me going in to the store is to receive help. I receive it, but with half-hearted help and a rude manner. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

While the service was good, they told me the battery in my vehicle failed. I asked them to charge the battery overnight in store to be sure it failed. When I returned the next day, they tried selling me on a new one. Either to get me to buy a new battery, or they dont know what they are doing. I called the dealership where I got my vehicle for the warranty claim. My battery had not failed, it just needed to be charged. Poor diagnosis or just trying to get a sale.

Its only getting a 3 because when I walked in it took a while for them to help me when I had a question or it was a hassle that they had to help me a girl. And it was frustrating when I go in there when I buy something it oh you need that much that doesnt seem right with your car and this was after they ignored me to answer one of my questions. But it may be different if I was a male and walked in there and had questions so who knows

I do business with these guys alot. On there is one particular employee that works there that is constantly rude as hell! If he dont like his job get tf out find something u dont got to see people. I dont see how he still works there I tell him my issue n he tells me "what do you want me to do about it" really? Besides him store is awesome

I would give it no stars if I could. Most of the employees here are rude and every time I go there THERES NO ONE AT THE FRONT... EVER. there will be a looooong line of people and no one in the front to assist. And when there is assistance, its like they dont want you there.

Nice place to go to get some tools and stuff for when youre working cheap you get help and they are politely asked if you need help. And help you as much as they can and if they dont have what needed they will direct you to nearest place that has it

The customer service was completely awful! Ive never been so angry when leaving here! It must of been funny or amusing that I needed help with servicing or figuring out my car. I would never recommend this location.

I bought wipers and Joe graciously changed them for me upon request. I bought bulbs for my brake lights and he helped me with that too!! You guys are awesome, and you have my patronage from here onwards!!!

2 mins before the posted closing time and I get we are already closed. Didnt even ask what I needed...it couldve been an emergency. All I needed was brake fluid. Crappy customer service!!!

Why cant you find a V belt by size? Not everyone has a part number they can lookup. Counter guy was very rude. Went to oreillys and they hooked me up with no attitude.

The guys working there are great, weather you need wiper blades changed out , or looking for a good car wax, they are knowledgeable of there products.

Employees are very helpful, however, if you have a competitor coupon for 20% or more, make sure the manager is there or employees cant take it off
