Do not give them your business! They dont even deserve one star. After arriving at their shop yesterday afternoon, I had to wait almost 10 full minutes to be waited on. The guy then came to the front counter. I explained that I was there to have an Uber car inspection done. He immediately started explaining gruffly that he had three cars in, two of them getting tires, hes very busy, thats the best he can do. I started to tell him that when I called yesterday to make an appointment, the man I spoke to said I didnt need an appointment and that they could just fit me in. Before I could finish my sentence, however, he cut me off and said, in a raised, confrontational voice, Im glad you called, but I just told you that Im very busy and this is the best I can do. My eyes got big as saucers because I could not believe he was speaking to me this way. And then he says loudly, "Well, you were getting an attitude with me!" I just turned away and started walking to the door to leave. He has the audacity to tell me to have a good day. He turned and went through the door that goes out to the shop. Before his door shut, I could hear him call me a b-tch, very loudly. Never in my life have I ever been treated like this. Unbelieveable. I will never go to another Meineke shop again. Ever.

Please dont trust the people in "Meinek Car ceneter", they almost charged me extra unnecessary fee which they never deserve. Read my story below. I visited Meineke Car Care Center on November 07,2015 to fix my car heating system. Since I get diagnosed the problem in another shop a week ago, I went with blend door temperature actuator for replacement. They asked me $90 dollar for labor and I agreed with price. After an hour the gay come to me with bad news that my car heat is not working although they changed the actuator. He proposed to do AC diagnosis for additional $70 and will come back to me with another quote for fixing the issues. Since I couldnt afford what he is asking, I decide to take my car paying $90 which I agreed before. But the truth is my car AC was working with new actuator. I feel that they trying to cheat me an extra $70 and additional maintenance fee. One thing bossier me a lot, the guy who fixed the car come and talked to the one at the counter with slow voice that I shouldnt hear them out. Then, the one at the counter come to me with the above new proposal..... I am disappointed with whole thing and never visit again.

Your time is probably not super high on their list of priorities. I scheduled an appointment online for the first time slot of the following day. I know how it is getting in first thing in the morning, but they were over 30 minutes late for my appointment. When the manager did finally arrive, no apologies were made to me for the inconvenience. He was professional in other interaction, but I cannot fathom not apologizing to someone for making them wait that amount of time, especially when they have a confirmed appointment. Ive worked in customer service for years and the idea of not uttering even an acknowledgment of my time spent is a little mind-boggling to me. Otherwise the service was good(once they got it together for the day it only took half an hour to change my oil) and the knowledge of the vehicles is apparent. I guess at the end of the day, that is what matters most, but they could use a little bit of refinement in their customer service skills, as Im not sure I will return with my business at this location.

Came in for an oil change and have a headlamp replaced. Later that evening when I went to use my headlights it still didnt work. So stopped by on the way to work and they pop the hood to take a look and come to find out they never put the oil cap back on. It was just laying there and oil was everywhere. Not even an apology from the manager or a free future oil change for the next time. Just said Chris the owner was working on it and was having a rough day. Really? How would my day have been if my motor blew from no oil? Looking at google reviews it seems the owner is posting reviews as a customer. Other reviews reflect the same level of service i received. My car is literally broke down right now and i believe its the ignition switch and i would rather let it sit than have it towed here.

Steve and the Guys there are great and know what they are doing! I am a dealer and have been through a lot of shops and mechanics over the past few years. I brought one of my cars to this place and had an excellent experience so I will be coming back for sure. They told me what else was wrong with the car but didnt push other services on me and did the job I brought the car in for. Steve is awesome and has excellent customer service. The guys there know what they are doing. They fixed the car and did a great job. I recommend this place to anyone and thier prices are fair and good compared to a lot of shops. Take your car there if you want the job done at a fair price!

I took my car in for repair. They had to keep it overnight to wait for a part to come in. After I picked it up, I was able to drive to work (less than 10 miles away), but after work I noticed the car was acting strange. The next morning, it was un-drivable. When I called the shop, they said it must have been something I did and try were going to charge me towing and repairs. Rip off. Find somewhere else!

The black old man that works there at the register needs to get fired. He forgets hes working. Hes left me hanging on the phone for an hour for the second time in a row now. And the last time I went up there he forgot about me too and didnt even offer assistance. They need someone who is awake and remembers they are at work. I hate doing business with people like this. Will never be going back again.

Paid $213 for new front brakes. Brakes now make terrible noise and scratching sound. Took back to shop and DLJ says they turned the rotors too thin and there was nothing they could do about the noise and poor performance. Since my rotors are now too thin, they are basically junk. DLJ would not replace the rotors they cut too thin with new rotors. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. I started my morning at Brakes For Less and they had a four hour + wait time. In and out of Meineke in about 2 hours. They found the problem from an old issue we have been having since we purchase this used car. Bad motor mount other places careless to look for. Highly recommend.

i made an online appointment for 10:30. Arrived at 10:20 and was second in line at service counter. Waited 25 minutes while gentleman at counter took 7 phone calls. When finally my turn came, I was told they were short staffed and it would be another 45 minutes. I left without my oil change. Second and last time this has happened.
