I made an appointment for 1:30 and dropped it off at 1:20 because I was going to be driving up to Tampa so it was fine for me to wait about an hour. The woman who I guess was assistant manager was a little unapproachable but whatever I have an open mind Ive worked customer service and retail and have rbf too. She said I couldnt use my own oil which is fine I understand that. For recommends full synthetic but I work at an oil company Im not going to pay 64.99 for synthetic blend, conventional is fine. She got a little annoyed that I just wanted the coupon for the 19.99 oil change but didnt try to up sell me so it was okay. I got back around 3:30 and stopped at publix and the gas station. I called and the woman answered. I asked if my car was done, she went and checked and said 20 more minutes. It really only takes 30 minutes to change oil so I said okay thats fine I guess. When I got dropped off, no one was at the desk so I walked to the waiting room and waited about 15 minutes. My car had just been put on the jack. I saw them drive a focus out into the parking lot but I waited for them to call because it couldve been someone elses its not really distinguishable. But no call, no one came. When Jacob the service guy came to get the other guy in the waiting room I just followed them up to ask about it. The woman had just put my paperwork to the side and didnt think to contact me I guess, good thing I didnt wait for it to be done I wouldve been there until 4:30 at that point just sitting. Jacob was very nice and personable so that made it a little better. Long story short why tf did my oil change take 2 and a half hours why did you let me make an appointment for 1:30 at least the other place I tried to go to told me they were busy and I needed to reschedule. That is way too long for a basic oil change. At least they did it. But 1 hour most guys come on. Or tell me that itll take almost 3 hours and Ill go somewhere else. Overall the only good part was that Jacob was nice and it was only $25.

Well, they provided service for my car, because something happend to my starter and it had to be towed from my garage by my insurance provider vompany to Goodyear over 301 in Riverview FL. The customer service person calling me was unkind, I felt almost reprimended! The problem was that the car was taken to them the evening before, and at 12N the next day I didnt call them. My explanation was that I was mis-informed that they have my phone number name and address, and they will call me. I explained to them, that I was just about to call them, since they didnt, when they called me. He ignored my explanation and continue to be rude. When we came with my husband to pick up the car, the bill was more than 400$, and the "new" starter was the rebultl one. My husband asked why we were not notified and not given choice what part would we choose an old one or a new, hearing this the man at the counter didt answer but instead immediately left and brought someone in charge, who acted deffensively as backing up the person providing bad name to, probably good company. Well, we decided not to use their service again. Maybe they have too many clients and are overworked. I dont expect my car to break any time soon but if that happen I will find the garage that treats people better.

Slow, sloppy, inefficient. I was the second customer to arrive on an early Friday morning to have a tire replaced (I brought the new one with me) and to have the others rotated. I did not have an appointment so she said it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Good to go. What I did not realize is what she should of said is it would be an hour to an hour and a half for them to even touch my vehicle. I watched them put it on the lift and swap the tire then drop it and let it sit for 45 minutes. Then go back and pick it back up and swap two tires front to rear but only put the front one back on and leave the back tire sitting next to the rear hub for another 30 minutes. I watched the same tech walk over, look at it, and walk away numerous times. Maybe his impact gun was broken and he was trying to wish it back on. I had been waiting for nearly 3 hours before they finally put the last tire on. This level of inefficiency in unexcusable.

This place distinguishes itself at consistently terrible service. One roughly ten different visits I took my fleet car here, as it was the closest provider for my national account for auto service. Though I was frustrated at the rudeness, at frequently dirty front seat and other car area, I overlooked it since its a company car, and not my choice ultimately in where to fix it. The last visit was a flat tire replacement. Upon picking up the car, a particularly disgusting piece of the human body was smeared on the stereo face of my car. Yes, this is true. Adding to insult, "coincidentally" another tire was flat the very following day, with a slow leak that was too like the first. When I called to complain, the gentleman who I spoke with did not offer to fix it, to get a manager, to do anything. Push your disabled car to another service center in a driving hailstorm before going here.

My wife had our 2005 Chevy Equinox towed into this location because it had stopped running. After the mechanics had done there "inspection", they concluded that the vehicle needed to have two feul pumps replaced. They also had about 300 dollars in suggested work to be done for a total of 1600 dollars after taxes. I decided to have the car towed to Livleys automotive in brandon to get what I knew would be a thorough and honest opinion. He actually looked into the problem and found that the fuse to the fuel pumps was blown and that the pumps were running fine. Needless to say, that cost much less that 1600 dollars that GOODYEAR had told me was necessary to get my car to run again. THESE IDIOTS DIDN"T EVEN OPEN THE FUSE BOX!!!! Save yourself from having to get a second opinion by not getting your first at Goodyear on 301!
