We remodeled our kitchen and selected the Cabinet Connection of NC (CCNC) after visiting several local cabinet companies. CCNC had a good selection of cabinetry but the difference maker was our initial meetings with Chris, the lead designer. We opted for Executive Cabinetry because of the quality of construction, variety of doors, paint colors, ability to customize sizes, environmentally sound cabinetry and overall value. Chris was a delight to work with on our kitchen project. He was extremely pleasant to work with, patient and prompt. He provided us with many drawings and offered excellent suggestions to achieve an optimal work-flow and overall pleasing appearance to our kitchen, Chris’ product knowledge, attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through were invaluable to managing the details of our project. CCNC worked seamlessly with our General Contractor and delivered the cabinets on time. CCNC’s installers were skilled craftsmen and top-notch professionals and they were very sensitive to worksite appearance. Chris’s and Eric’s customer service, integrity and professionalism were second to none.. Throughout the project, I was impressed with their commitment to customer service and providing a quality product. With any construction comes unexpected issues. It’s how a contractor/vendor deals with these unexpected issues that sets the quality ones apart. I can tell you CCNC was always there to solve unexpected issues and put the customer first instead of short-term profit margins. I am very pleased with the final product and I am extremely impressed with the customer service and integrity of Chris and Eric at the Cabinet Connection of NC. We would not hesitate to work with the Cabinet Connection of NC again. I will recommend CCNC to my friends and neighbors with no reservations

I hope there is no limit to how much you can write on these reviews....so here goes ! I honestly and truly cannot say enough great things about Jennifer McLester and her team at Cabinet Connections. I literally spoke with and had estimates from 7 other businesses over a long period of time for a complete kitchen remodel and NONE of them came close to what Jennifer & CC came up with....from planning, design, creativity, responsiveness, quality and price they stood well above the rest. From my first conversation with Jennifer until the final payment I never/ever thought it could be such a great experience (I frankly dreaded it until I spoke with her and visited the showroom). She made the entire experience seemless, painless and down right pleasant which I previously thought was impossible given the size & scope of the project (gorgeous cabinets with all the trimmings-INSIDE like all soft close & pull-outs/racks as well as OUTSIDE like bump-outs/ups, glass doors & sweet crown; really cool under-cabinet LED lighting; paneled bar wall with sharp looking trim; incredible looking granite, AIO faucet & SS sink. I am EXTREMELY pleased with EVERYTHING....check out the pics which I believe they are posting to their site. Oh by the way...the master bath looks awesome too ! I could not be more pleased

We used Cabinet Connection of NC almost 2 years ago for a full kitchen remodel. My wife and I were discussing tonight how happy we were with the kitchen and the quality of service that we had received and I remembered that I never left them a review to thank them. We have a large kitchen that was prohibitively expensive to remodel based on every quote we received so we were going the DIY route. We stopped in at their showroom to possibly purchase cabinets from them but after getting an installation quote, it was so reasonable that we went with them. It saved us a ton of headache, time and hassle. The installation team did top notch work and the finish carpenter was excellent. They quickly resolved the few issues we had. The cabinets were the white shaker, Forevermark brand and they have held up quite well. Everyone from showroom staff to salesmen to installers were easy to work with, honest and followed up well. This company does superb work and you will be impressed!

We contracted with Cabinet Connection of NC for cabinets in our remodeled kitchen and new bathroom. We worked closely with Eric Villeneuve through the design and installation phases, and during both periods his advice and eye for detail were excellent. For example, when we learned from the electricians that we were going to have to include outlets on top of a stainless steel counter, Eric tirelessly searched for commercial outlets that would look good and be functional in that location. He also contoured the interior cabinet spaces to accommodate a step ladder we purchased and our spare oven racks. Eric helped us select and locate granite for our countertop and to design a hardwood butcher block top for our kitchen island. His installers were trustworthy, careful craftsmen in their own right. When we decided to redo our kitchen, we wanted something bright, light and open. We are using a coastal look throughout our house so the kitchen had to coordinate. Working with Eric and The Cabinet Connection was such a blessing. Not only did Eric have a lot of patience, he was very thorough and did not try to push me to do what everyone else was doing. He guided me within my dream kitchen so I didnt make mistakes that would hurt our home later and we got exactly the look we wanted. He helped us make our design unique but work within our budget. I had an idea for a baking and coffee center and Eric made it work! The final touch was the knobs and pulls. After looking for weeks through many books, we finally found the perfect knobs for our look. Eric even helped me coordinate a wall paint color that my husband and I both love. I recently decided to re-design my home office to make it more space-efficient and also more flexible, to double as a downstairs play space for the kids. Eric V. at Cabinet Connection not only created a design that achieved my goals for the project, but he also suggested ways to make it more cost-conscious, saving me $$ that I might otherwise have thrown away on the wrong layout for the space. A couple additional observations: (1) These guys sell "quality" cabinets ... if you look closely at their pieces, you won't find cheap particle-board construction that is common in the industry. (2) It's obvious that customer relationships are very important to them, because they take great pains to make sure you make the right choices, and afterwards that you are happy with their work. We worked with the company to design, select and install the cabinets. They recommended color combinations and other decor decisions. Decisions included corner built in lazy susan, special additions for a coffee station/baking center that made the cabinet resemble stand alone furniture, recycle / trash drawer, special drawers for pie pans and other pots and pans, and molding around the top, plus many other ideas and features that made the cabinets look special. They were extremely patient as we had a hard time envisioning the final product and finding what we really wanted. In the end with their help we get exactly what we wanted. They installed the cabinets and followed up to assure we were satisfied. We could not be more delighted with the total job, but especially the quality and appearance of the cabinets.
