If i could give no stars that would be more accurate. It all started with a change in the layout. We needed to adjust design so we went to store in monroeville and the designer made some changes but inadvertently deleted a cabinet we needed. That was in November, it is now February and over the past 3 months we keep getting excuses as to why it isnt here. When you speek to the store associates the claim they have no way of tracking your product and its out of there hands. They claim that corporate controls everything. I looked up their BBB rating which in high in site i should have done before i gave them my money it is an "F". They currently have 5 unresolved issues. Soon to be 6. DONT BUY YOUR CABINETS HERE IT ISNT WORTH IT.

I WAS A LITTLE SKETCHY AFTER READING ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. BUT IM SO GLAD I LISTEN TO MY GUT. MY KITCHEN LOOKS AMAZING WITH THE NEW LAYOUT THAT THEY CAME UP WITH THAT JUST WORKS PERFECTLY. THEY REALLY TOOK TIME TO GET TO KNOW ME AND WHAT I REALLY WAS LOOKING FOR IN MY KITCHEN AND LET ME JUST SAY I AM NOT AN EASY PERSON TO PLEASE!:P BUT THANKS TO THE GUYS IN MONROEVILLE, I WILL BE ABLE TO HOLD MY FIRST THANKS GIVING DINNER THIS YEAR AT MY HOUSE! They mess up multiple orders everything takes 3 plus weeks if they mess an order up. They lie and say something was ordered when it wasnt then they order it and say theres a delay. In the Monroeville store stay away from bill had a big attitude not people friendly talks to you like your stupid he shouldnt even be in sales. The products are great there they just need to get better employees. They never call you back you have to call multiple times a week just to talk to josh bill or Alex they say theyll call you back but dont. Terrible service.

I havent received the cabinets yet but the customer service in the Monroeville store is appalling. I had to deal with them on 3 occasions and on each occasion I had to call the main number and complain. I ordered them from the Ohio branch because the people at the monroeville office wouldnt return an email or phone call. I used word of mouth references, I wish I would have read the actual reviews. Im concerned about my order at this point. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Terrible! Cabinets did not come in when I was told they would. Came 2 weeks later after being told twice they were on the next truck, wrong doors came in for two of my cabinets was told last month the day I picked my order up that there would be a rush on the order for their error. Here I am a month later still no doors. Was told last week they would be in this week now this week Im being told they will be in next week. Do not trust anything you are being told by these employees.

terrible experience! I went in for kitchen cabinets, the guy did not want to help me, he said he would call me with prices and a few layouts for my kitchen the next day and i did not hear from him. I called a week later, no response. almost 2 weeks later i finally was able to speak to the guy and i asked him why he didnt email me the layouts and the prices----he said he has been busy. I gave it 1 star because i had to--it wouldnt let me give it zero stars

This place is awful! They do not care about customers. Josh from Pittsburgh store does not have a clue what he is doing. They promise you cabinets then you wait for over 4 months for them to come in. Which is ridiculous. No one wants to help fix problem. Do not go here unless you want to have a bad experience and lots of stress.

Cabinets To Go was a pleasure doing business with! Not only were they professional, they were equally helpful. The cabinets are great quality, really affordable, and easy to install. I even downloaded their Cabinet Measuring Guide which made the renovation that much more successful! Overall highly recommend this company!
